A connection terminal structure includes a basic element and a clamping element. The basic element is bent to be L-shaped and includes a longitudinal arm and a transverse arm connected to the longitudinal arm. An upper end of the longitudinal arm forms an engaging flange and an engaging shoulder portion. A right end of the transverse arm forms a joint portion. The clamping element comprises a resilient clamping arm, a supporting arm, and a connecting arm. The connecting arm forms an opening portion and extends from the supporting arm to the longitudinal arm. The opening portion fits around the engaging shoulder portion. A lower end of the supporting arm forms a joint end jointed to the joint portion. The resilient clamping arm connects with the supporting arm, extends to the longitudinal arm, has a front end engaging with the engaging flange, and penetrates the opening portion to move resiliently.

An electronic device enclosure which includes a front surface, a back surface opposite to the front surface, and a lateral edge connected with the front surface, wherein a part of the front surface is sloped towards the back surface to define a slope area that extends to the lateral edge, wherein the electronic device enclosure is provided with at least one attachment located in the slope area and at least one connecting port located away from the slope area, whereby the use of the enclosure can be effectively achieved.

A terminal block includes a terminal block body, an engaging member, an elastic member, and a hook member. The terminal block body includes left and intermediate blocking portions. The engaging member is slidably provided on the terminal block body and includes a clawed operating portion, a connecting portion connected to the operating portion, and a stop block provided on the operating portion in order to be blocked by the left blocking portion. A blocking portion is formed where the connecting portion and the operating portion are connected. The elastic member is provided in the operating portion and pressed between the intermediate blocking portion and the blocking portion. The hook member includes an upper end movably connected to the connecting portion, a hooked lower end, and a pivotal connecting portion located therebetween and pivotally connected to the terminal block body. The terminal block is space-saving and features increased convenience of operation.

Terminal block with improved rail-engaging structure

A fore connection member, comprising a fore connection member body and engaging-disengaging members. The engaging-disengaging members are pivoted to side surfaces of the fore connection member body respectively, and each comprise a recess, a grab, an operating end, an abutting end and a pivoting end. The engaging-disengaging members each have the pivoting end thereof pivoted to a corresponding one of the side surfaces and pivots about the fore connection member body. The operating end and the abutting end are disposed at two sides of the pivoting end respectively, the grab is provided with a hook portion facing the abutting end, and a circular arc abutting portion disposed at the abutting end comprises a circular arc abutting surface smoothly connected to the recess. A rear connection member for use with the fore connection member and a connection member comprising the fore connection member and the rear connection member are also provided.

Structure of a connection member with engaging-disengaging members

The improved terminal block structure comprises a body, a lower terminal base, an upper terminal base, and an elastic component. The lower terminal base is vertically configured in an opening slot of the body, and the lower terminal base comprises a stopper; the upper terminal base vertically slides in the opening slot and vertically slides with respect to the lower terminal base, the orientation of a screw component of the upper terminal base corresponds to a tapped hole of the lower terminal base, and the upper terminal base comprises an another stopper and the orientation of which corresponds to the stopper; and the elastic component is vertically configured in the opening slot and pushing against the body and the upper terminal base from between, and provides an elastic prestress for the upper terminal base to vertically slide with respect to the lower terminal base.

Terminal block structure

A rail-based fastening structure for terminal blocks includes a fastening clip, a positioning rail and a bus body. The fastening clip has a base plate and two side plates each extending upward from the base plate and having an engaging hook. The positioning rail includes a bottom plate and two tracks extending upward and then outward from two opposite sides of the bottom plate, so that the bottom plate and the tracks define a valley. The bottom plate has an opening. The bus body deposited in the valley has a slot and two shoulder portions. The shoulder portions are positioned at two sides of the slot and extend toward the slot. The fastening clip is inserted into the opening through the slot so that the engaging hooks engage with the shoulder portions, respectively. Thereby, the rail-based fastening structure allows quick and convenient mounting/dismounting operation, low manufacturing costs and firm installation.

Rail-based fastening structure for terminal block

A bridging terminal includes a cap and four conductive pieces. Each of the flexible conductive pieces has two pin portions and a connecting portion. The connecting portions are combined in an assembling chamber of the cap. The pin portion of the first flexible conductive piece has a front-left-outer facet and a front-right-outer facet jutting frontward, and has a flexible arch jutting backward. The second and third flexible conductive pieces have each of their pin portions including a left-outer facet, a right-outer facet and a slot. The pin portion of the fourth flexible conductive piece has a rear-left-outer facet and a rear-right-outer facet jutting backward, and has a flexible arch jutting frontward. When the flexible conductive pieces are aligned and piled, the flexible arches are received in the corresponding slots. Thereby, the bridging terminal provides improved electric conductivity, bonding strength and stability, while preventing elastic fatigue and premature failure.

Bridging terminal

A bus structure includes a positioning rail, a bus body and bus bars. The bus body has a projecting portion and a depressed portion. The projecting portion has a ramp. A terminal block includes a housing and a connector, one of which includes a projecting portion and a depressed portion. The depressed portion has a ramp. Also disclosed is a terminal block assembly formed by combining the bus structure and the terminal block. The projecting portion of one of the housing and the connector engages with the depressed portion of the bus body and the projecting portion of the bus body is inlaid into the depressed portion of one of the housing and the connector, so that the ramps of the bus body and of the terminal block retain each other, thereby effectively preventing reverse combination between the bus structure and the terminal block, and preventing breakage of components thereof.

Bus structure, terminal block, and terminal block assembly formed therefrom

A metal clamp is formed as a one-piece integral having a lower part and an upper part that border on each other. The upper part has two transversely extending terminal pins and the lower part is formed as a U-shaped structure that includes a first clamping arm, a second clamping arm and a third clamping arm that extend vertically. The first clamping arm and the second clamping arm face each other across an accommodating gap defined therebetween. The third clamping arm is resiliently restorable and is deposited between the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm to face the accommodating gap. The metal clamp provides good electrical contact.

Metal clamp

A wire-grasping structure for a terminal block is disclosed. The wire-grasping structure includes a core, a conductive terminal piece and a screw. The core is transversely formed with a socket and vertically formed with a threaded hole. The socket and the threaded hole are communicated mutually and each communicated with the exterior of the core. The conductive terminal piece has a receiving portion and a terminal portion. The terminal portion is configured to be horizontally inserted into the socket such that the receiving portion projects from the core terminal portion. The screw is configured to be vertically screwed in to the threaded hole and enter the socket to abut against the terminal portion. Thereby, the wire-grasping structure can store a jumper bar and facilitate convenient use.

Wire-grasping structure for terminal block

A wire-grasping structure for a terminal block includes a seat part, a fixing piece, a cover part, a fastening piece, a screw and a spring. The seat part has a transverse opening. The fixing piece is received in a lower accommodating recess of the seat part to slide in the seat part vertically. The cover part covers the seat part. The fastening piece is sandwiched between the cover part and the seat part. The screw is vertically received in an upper accommodating recess of the cover part and aligned with the through hole of the fastening piece and the threaded hole of the fixing piece. The spring is vertically received in the upper accommodating recess of the cover part and has two ends abutting against the fastening piece and the screw. The wire-grasping structure has good wire-grasping reliability and good applicability and is convenient to use.

A wire locking structure includes a base, at least one conductive terminal lug and at least one screw. The base has at least one hole and at least one through-hole which communicate with each other and communicate with the outside of the base. The at least one conductive terminal lug is disposed at the at least one hole, includes a locking portion and a terminal portion, and has an aperture. The locking portion has an internal thread. The terminal portion extends from the at least one hole to the outside of the base. The aperture communicates with the at least one through-hole and opens to the internal thread. The at least one screw penetrates the at least one hole so as to be engaged with the internal thread and screwed into the aperture. The wire locking structure saves materials, cuts costs, and enhances the wire locking conforming rate.

Wire locking structure

A wiring terminal structure of the present invention includes a box and a plugging element. The box is an integrally formed unitary unit and includes an upper wall, side walls, a lower wall, a hole, and a leaf spring. The upper wall, the side walls, and the lower wall define a space. The hole is formed on the upper wall and enables communication between the space and the outside of the box. The leaf spring extends upward from the lower wall to reach the space and forms an end protruding from the hole. The plugging element includes a plugging portion and a clamping portion having upper and lower clamping leaf springs. The plugging portion is inserted into the space and plugged into the box. The end of the leaf spring abuts against the plugging portion and is pressed downward by the plugging portion to lie in the space.

Wiring terminal structures

A DIN rail terminal block essentially includes a plastic main body, a resilient plate, and a terminal. The resilient plate and the terminal are coupled together by multiple fastening structures and are simultaneously secured in position to the plastic main body, wherein the multiple fastening structures prevent the resilient plate and the terminal from shifting leftward, rightward, upward, or downward with respect to each other. With the terminal configured for ground connection, and the resilient plate configured for pressing tightly against a DIN rail, the terminal block is stably positioned, provides good electrical connection, and allows easy operation.

DIN rail terminal block

Provided is a terminal block structure which includes a base. The base is provided with one or more terminal recesses thereabove. Inside the terminal recess are a holder and an inverted U-shaped nut. The holder and the inverted U-shaped nut mate and engage with each other, and have to be inserted into the terminal recess by a force. The square shape of the inverted U-shaped nut has a retaining effect on the inverted U-shaped nut positioned inside the terminal recess. Hence, a fastener (a screw or a bolt) penetrating the holder and the inverted U-shaped nut and thereby fixing the holder and the inverted U-shaped nut in position is mechanically counteracted by the inverted U-shaped nut, and thus the holder and the inverted U-shaped nut are unlikely to be released from the terminal recess.
