A wavelength conversion device includes a substrate, a first glue substance, a wavelength conversion structure, and a second glue substance. The substrate includes a first surface, a second surface, and an axis. The first glue substance is disposed between the wavelength conversion structure and the first surface and surrounds the axis. The wavelength conversion structure is disposed on the first glue substance and surrounds the axis. The wavelength conversion structure includes a first bonding surface, a first lateral surface, and a second lateral surface. The first bonding surface faces to the first glue substance and is connected between the first lateral surface and the second lateral surface. The first lateral surface faces in the direction away from the axis, whereas the second lateral surface faces in the direction close to the axis. The second glue substance is connected to the first lateral surface and surrounds the axis.

Projector and wavelength conversion device thereof

An illumination system including an excitation light source, a wavelength conversion element and a filter element is provided. The excitation light source is used for emitting an excitation beam. The wavelength conversion element has a wavelength conversion region. When the wavelength conversion region is cut into a transmission path of the excitation beam, the wavelength conversion region is excited by the excitation beam and emits a converted beam. A reference plane is perpendicular to the transmission path of the converted beam and is angled such that an acute angle is formed between the reference plane and the filter wheel which is disposed on a transmission path of the converted beam coming from the wavelength conversion element. The filter element allows a part of the converted beam to penetrate so as to output at least one color beam, and reflects another part of the converted beam.

Illumination system and projection apparatus

The disclosure provides a wavelength conversion wheel including a substrate, a first wavelength conversion layer, and a second wavelength conversion layer. The substrate has a rotation central axis. The first wavelength conversion layer is disposed on the substrate and has a first end. The second wavelength conversion layer is disposed on the substrate and has a second end. The second end is closely adjacent to the first end. An edge of the first end and an edge of the second end are complementary in shape, and a boundary formed between the edge of the first end and the edge of the second end is not parallel to a radial direction of the substrate, wherein the radial direction is perpendicular to an extension direction of the rotation central axis. A projection apparatus using the wavelength conversion wheel is further provided.

A heat dissipation module includes a heat dissipation fin set. The heat dissipation fin set includes a plurality of heat dissipation fins, wherein these heat dissipation fins are stacked on each other, and each of the heat dissipation fins has a front side, a rear side opposite to the front side and at least one turbulent structure set. The turbulent structure set is located between the front side and the rear side and includes a plurality of first turbulent structures. The first turbulent structures are arranged from the front side to the rear side in sequence. A heat dissipation airflow flows from the front side toward the turbulent structure set along a flowing direction, and passes through the turbulent structure set to flow toward the rear side. An extending direction of each of the first turbulent structures is tilted relative to the flowing direction.

The invention discloses an oscillating lens module and a projector. The oscillating lens module includes a frame, a first coil, a lens, and a second coil. The first coil and the second coil are connected to the frame and located in a magnetic field, wherein the first coil and the second coil are adapted to be electrified and to oscillate about a first axis and a second axis respectively via the magnetic field. The lens is connected to the first coil, wherein the lens is adapted to oscillate along with the first coil. An oscillation phase of the second coil is opposite to an oscillation phase of the first coil, such that forces applied on the frame by the first coil and the second coil are counterbalanced, so as to prevent the oscillating lens module from over vibrating which makes projection images shake and makes noise.

A noise-reducing fan system, comprising a motor, a fan body, a plurality of magnetic-inducing elements, a magnetic field generator and a noise-reducing sound source device, is provided. Here, the fan body is mounted on the motor. The fan body comprises a plurality of blades, on which the plurality of magnetic-inducing elements are disposed, respectively. The magnetic field generator, which may generate a magnetic field, is employed for driving the plurality of magnetic-inducing elements to vibrate the plurality of blades and generate a vibration sound, so that at least one portion of the noise emitted from the fan body as rotating may be counterbalanced. The noise-reducing sound source device is disposed on a predetermined position and may send out a noise-reducing sound, so that the noise-reducing sound may counterbalance at least the other portion of the noise emitted from the fan body as rotating.

Method and system for reducing fan noise and electronic device using the same

A blower and a method for decreasing eddy noise are provided. The blower includes a fan frame, a fan wheel, at least one induction element and a coil. The fan frame has in inlet and an outlet. The fan wheel is disposed in the fan frame and has a wheel hub and a plurality of fan blades connected to periphery of the wheel hub. The induction elements are fixed to the corresponding fan blades, the coil is disposed on the fan frame for driving the at least one induction element, such that the fan blade corresponding to the induction element swing back and forth to generate a vibration sound, and the vibration sound is counteracted with eddy noise generated when the fan wheel rotates. Moreover, the method for decreasing eddy noise is also provided.

An illumination system disposed in a projection apparatus includes a solid-state light source group, a cooling module, and an ion fan. The cooling module is thermally coupled to the solid-state light source group. The cooling module is located on a path of a forced convection air generated by the ion fan. The projection apparatus avails prolonging a life time of the illumination system, and the ion fan does not have a magnetic shearing sound of a motor and a wind shearing sound of fan blades to avail reducing an operation noise of the illumination system.

A lamp source module includes a holder having an air inlet and an air outlet, a gas discharge lamp having a lamp reflector assembled onto the holder and a burner disposed in the lamp reflector, a light cover assembled on the holder and surrounding the lamp reflector, a blower duct communicating with the air inlet and extending along the exterior of the lamp reflector to the bottom of the lamp reflector, and an airflow generator communicating with the blower duct and capable of providing a cooling airflow. The air inlet is capable of causing the cooling airflow to enter the blower duct. The blower duct is capable of directing the cooling airflow to the bottom of the lamp reflector to make the cooling airflow pass through a sandwiched space surrounded by the lamp reflector and the light cover and then discharge from the air outlet.

Lamp source module and projection system

A lighting module includes a light source, a heat sink, a case, and a fan. The light source has a light emitting surface and a bottom surface opposite thereto. The heat sink is disposed at the bottom surface of the light source and includes a heat sink mass having a heat dissipation surface, wherein the heat dissipation surface is opposite to the bottom surface. The case is disposed to the heat sink and has a module airflow inlet and a module airflow outlet. The fan is disposed to the case or the heat sink for driving airflow to sequentially pass through the module airflow inlet, the heat sink, and the module airflow outlet. The case is capable of making the flowing direction of the airflow passing the module airflow outlet the same as the light emitting direction of the light emitting from the light emitting surface.

Lighting module and lighting system

An illuminance device including a gas discharge lamp, an airflow generator, and a distributing duct is provided. The lamp has a reflector, a base connected to the reflector, a burner installed in the reflector, and the base, a first opening located at the reflector and a front part of the lamp, and a second opening located at a rear part of the lamp and exposing the burner. The distributing duct has an inlet, a first outlet, and a second outlet, and an opening area of the first outlet is larger than that of the second outlet. A cooling airflow provided by the airflow generator enters the distributing duct via the inlet, the distributing duct guides a part of the cooling airflow to the first opening via the first outlet, and the distributing duct guides another part of the cooling airflow to the second opening via the second outlet.

An illuminating device adapted to a projecting apparatus including a lamp module, a power module, and a fan is provided. The lamp module is separately disposed in the projecting apparatus. The lamp module has a lamp, an igniting module and a plate. The igniting module is capable of generating a high voltage signal to drive the lamp. The plate is disposed between the lamp and the igniting module for shielding radiating heat generated by the lamp. The power module is capable of generating a low voltage signal transmitted to the igniting module through a low voltage power line. The igniting module transforms the low voltage signal into the high voltage signal to drive the lamp. The fan is disposed at a first side of the lamp for cooling the lamp.

An illumination apparatus includes a housing, a light source module, and a heat dissipation structure including heat sink fins, a shutter structure, and a variable element. The housing provides a bottom and an outlet disposed at one side of the bottom. The heat sink fins are disposed in the housing and thermal conductivity connected with the light source module. The shutter structure is disposed on the outlet and includes guiding plates, a connecting rod, and an operating element. Each of guiding plates is connected to the connecting rod. The operating element is disposed at one end of the connecting rod and provides an operating force for the connecting rod. The variable element is near the heat sink fins and connected with the connecting rod, the variable element is deformed to exert a force on the connecting rod when the variable element is heated.

Illumination apparatus and heat dissipation structure thereof

A projecting device includes a casing, an optical engine, and a heat-dissipating mechanism. The casing includes a lower casing body and an upper casing body covering the lower casing body. The optical engine is disposed in the casing, and includes a light source module. The heat-dissipating mechanism includes a first blower disposed uprightly in the casing and adjacent to one side of the light source module for driving airflow to cool the light source module and the casing. The first blower has a thickness greater than one half of a length thereof and greater than one half of a width thereof. With the arrangement of the first blower, a sufficient amount of airflow is provided to the system to improve the heat-dissipating effect and to enhance system reliability.

Projecting device having a heat-dissipating mechanism

A projection apparatus including a casing, a lamp module, an imaging system and an optical engine is provided. The lamp module is disposed in the casing and includes a frame, a first fan, a plurality of light sources and a wind guiding device. The first fan is disposed on the frame and provides a cooling airflow. The light sources provide a light beams. The wind guiding device is disposed between the first fan and the frame, and has a baffle disposed on a flowing path of the cooling airflow to divide the cooling airflow into a plurality of cooling sub-airflows for cooling the light sources respectively. The imaging system and the optical engine are received in the casing and disposed on the transmission path of the light beam, and the optical engine is positioned between the lamp module and the imaging system.
