In a direction perpendicular to the display panel, the electrostatic protective layer covers at least the first touch lead and covers the encapsulation element.

An OLED panel and an OLED device are provided. The OLED panel includes a display area and a non-display area around the display area; a substrate, a driving device layer and a light emitting device layer arranged in the display area, and the driving device layer includes multiple thin film transistors, the light emitting device layer includes multiple organic light emitting diodes, and an encapsulation layer covering the light emitting device layer. The non-display area includes an electrostatic discharge portion, the electrostatic discharge portion is made of a transparent conductive thin film and is located on a side of the encapsulation layer facing away from the substrate. Display panel and display device are provided. The display panel includes a notch region, a display region, a frame region surrounding the display region, and a first base plate. The frame region includes a first frame region and a second frame region opposite to each other. A portion of the first frame region recesses toward the display region to form the notch region. The first base plate includes an anode power bus, an anode power connection part, and anode power connection wires. The anode power wires are disposed in the display region and include first anode power wires extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel is divided into a display region and a non-display region, wherein the display panel includes: a first blocking wall arranged in the non-display region and surrounding the display region; a bending part; and an electrostatic protection unit arranged in a part of the non-display region corresponding to the bending part and located on a side of the first blocking wall facing away from the display region. By the arrangement of the electrostatic protection unit, problems such as breakdown of the transistors due to electrostatic accumulation caused by bending operation of the display panel, as well as encapsulation structure failure due to damage to the first blocking wall can be avoided.

One shift register is connected to one multiplexer. One multiplexer is connected to M scan lines and includes M control units connected with the scan lines in a one-to-one correspondence. Output terminals of switch branches in a control unit are connected to one scan line. An input terminal of a main switch branch is connected to an output terminal of the shift register. An input terminal of an auxiliary switch branch is connected to a first signal line. In one scanning period, in M consecutive time stages, a signal from each shift register to the multiplexer includes effective voltage levels; the main switch branches in the control units are switched on sequentially, and output the scanning signal to the M scan lines sequentially.
