A foot wrap () has a generally non-stretchable, flexible binding (), a generally stretchable panel () coupled to the binding, an expandable, rotatable bladder (), and a support pad () coupled to the binding opposite the bladder (). The binding has a central portion () straddled by a first wing (), a second wing (), and an elastic heel band (). The bladder measures approximately 3 inches by 3 inches and is designed to increase in height approximately 1&#xbd; to 1&#xbe; inches with its inflation.

A safety stocking () in the form of a sock () includes an elastic, stretchable fabric portion () and a patterned anti-skid tread (). The foot section () has a top surface () and a bottom surface (). Both the top surface and the bottom surface are joined to the anti-skid tread. The anti-skid tread pattern extends continuously and symmetrically from a first point () adjacent the toes of a wearer to a second point () adjacent the heal of a wearer.
