The present application relates to a series of substituted pyra-zolopyridin-6-amines having the general formula (I), including their stereoisomers and/or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Wherein R, R, R, R, R, Rand n are as defined herein. The present invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of formula (I). Pharmaceutical compositions of the 5(S)-(2&#x2032;-hydroxyethoxy)-20(S)-camptothecin diastereoisomer are also described as are methods of using the compound for the inhibition of topoisomerase I and for the treatment of cancer.

Methods of making and using the compound are also described.
