A method and an apparatus for hydrolyzing an organic solid are described. The method includes mixing an organic solid and a nanobubble water having a plurality of nanobubbles, to form an organic liquid, in which the nanobubbles contain a combustible gas; and applying an ultrasonic wave on the organic liquid, such that the nanobubbles generate an additional cavitation effect. A preprocessor is applicable to an organic solid processing system having an anaerobic digestion tank, in which the anaerobic digestion tank has anaerobic microbes for generating a combustible gas. The preprocessor includes a nanobubble water generator, a digestion tank, and an ultrasonic wave generator. With the method and the structure, the nanobubbles are used to increase the probability of generation of the additional cavitation effect, and the combustible gas is used to improve an impact force of bursts produced by the cavitation effect.

Method and apparatus for hydrolyzing organic solid

A system for treating ammonia-based wastewater is provided. The system includes a first reactor, including: denitrification bacteria for denitrification; a second reactor disposed on the back of the first reactor, wherein the second reactor includes an aerator and aerobic heterotrophic bacteria, and has an HRT of less than 6 hours; a third reactor disposed on the back of the first reactor, wherein the third reactor contains nitrification bacteria carried on the carriers for improving nitrification; and a solid-liquid-separating reactor disposed on the back of the third for separating the solids and liquids in the effluent of the third reactor.

System and method for treating ammonia-based wastewater

The present invention discloses an anaerobic biological wastewater treatment system for treating wastewater containing organic contaminants, which includes an anaerobic sludge bed reactor and a dissolved-air flotation tank. The anaerobic sludge bed reactor is used to decompose organic contaminants by way of an anaerobic biological treatment. The dissolved-air flotation tank is used to carry out liquid-solid separation on effluent from the anaerobic sludge bed reactor, so that anaerobic microorganisms entrained in the effluent can be recovered and recycled to the anaerobic sludge bed reactor, thereby enhancing the hydraulic loading of the anaerobic sludge bed reactor.

Anaerobic biological wastewater treatment system and process

The present invention disclose a process for treating a wastewater from a foodstuff factory, wherein the pipelines are cleaned and the containers are sterilized by using a water containing peracetic acid as an disinfection agent. The process of the present invention includes aerating or stirring the wastewater to decompose the peracetic acid contained therein, and carrying out an aerobic treatment to decompose the organic compounds in the wastewater. Peracetic acid is in the unstable peroxidation state, and can be decomposed into acetic acid by self-oxidation-reduction. The process of the present invention uses aeration or stirring to trigger the decomposition of the peracetic acid, so that the disinfection function thereof is reduced, and thus the aerobic treatment can be conducted to decompose the organic compounds in the wastewater.

Process for treating wastewater containing peracetic acid

A process to purify wastewater by chemical oxidation is disclosed. The purification is carried out in a fluidized bed of a suitable particulate carrier upon which the iron(III) compound produced by Fenton's reaction crystallizes or coats, thereby reducing the sludge content of effluent over 50%. In addition, the fluidized bed improves the COD removal by way of thoroughly mixing the wastewater with adding agents.
