The present disclosure provides a method of preparing mimicking angiogenic co-spheroids, including: co-cultring a neural related cell and a cultured cell on hyaluronan-grafted chitosan (CS-HA) substrates to form a co-spheroid of neural related cell/cultured cell, and encapsulating the co-spheroid of neural related cell/cultured cell into a hydrogel to form a mimicking angiogenic co-spheroid. The mimicking angiogenic co-spheroid of the present disclosure can be formed by 3D printing model as a 3D mini-neurovascular unit, which is applicated to a high-throughput angiogenesis screening platform.

Provided is a bioink set for printing a construct that is able to carry cells, including a bioink which contains a biodegradable polyurethane and a biopolymer, and a divalent metal ion solution. The biopolymer is gelatin, agar, alginate salts, hyaluronic acid and salts thereof, chitosan, and any combination thereof. Also provided are a method of preparing a construct for carrying cells by three-dimensional printing with the bioink set, and a method of three-dimensional printing of cells by using an ink composition.

The present invention relates to a method of obtaining high purity stem cells from tissue, comprising: providing an impurity-containing cell mass obtained from a tissue; providing a filter device which comprises a cylinder structure, wherein the cylinder structure comprise an inlet and an outlet below and a content configured inside the cylinder structure between the inlet and the outlet; culturing the impurity-free cell mass on a polymeric film, wherein target stem cells of the impurity-free cell mass conjugate into a spheroid cell population; collecting the spheroid cell population from the polymeric film to obtain high purity target stem cells. According to the method of the present invention, stem cells can be rapidly and easily obtained from tissue. Only a small amount of tissue sample is required and the stem cells obtained can be readily used in clinical applications such as autotransplantation without the requirement of in vitro amplification.

Method of obtaining high purity stem cells from tissue

The present invention provides a biocompatible and biodegradable elastomer, comprising a hard segment and a soft segment. The hard segment is formed by reacting diisocyanate and a chain extender; and the soft segment is comprising a biodegradable oligomer diol, wherein the biodegradable oligomer diol is selected from the group consisting of polycaprolactone diol, polyethylene butylene adipate diol (PEBA diol), poly-L-lactic acid diol (PLLA diol), polylactic acid diol and any combination thereof. The biocompatible and biodegradable elastomer of present invention can be used to produce vascular graft, cell carrier, drug carrier or gene carrier.

The present invention relates to a waterborne polyurethane containing biodegradable segments and the process for synthesizing the same. The waterborne polyurethane according to the present invention has excellent biodegradable, biocompatible and mechanical characteristics and thus is a useful biomedical material, in particular for making films for medical applications.
