A gas dehydrator system, including, a desiccant transport wheel configured to rotate a solid desiccant from a first dehydration section to a first regeneration section, a first gas path extending through the first dehydration section, wherein the solid desiccant is configured to collect moisture from a first gas in the first gas path, and a second gas path extending through the first regeneration section, wherein the solid desiccant is configured to release the moisture into a second gas in the second gas path to regenerate the solid desiccant.

The solid oxide fuel cell module includes a manifold, a plate, a cathode electrode, a fuel cell and an anode electrode. The manifold includes an air or oxygen inlet in communication with divergent passages above the periphery of the cell which combine to flow the air or oxygen radially or inwardly for reception in the center of the cathode flow field. The latter has interconnects providing circuitous cooling passages in a generally radial outward direction cooling the fuel cell and which interconnects are formed of different thermal conductivity materials for a preferential cooling.

SOFC seal and cell thermal management

A turbine inlet air-cooling system improves turbine performance and efficiency. A dehumidifier receives process airflow and reduces a moisture content of the process airflow. An indirect evaporative cooler receives the process airflow from the dehumidifier and is driven by the process airflow from the dehumidifier such that a first portion of the process airflow is contacted directly with water and a second portion of the process airflow is cooled without any addition of moisture. A direct evaporative cooler receives the second portion of the process airflow, which is contacted directly with water to provide evaporative cooling. Subsequently, the direct evaporative cooler outputs the second portion of the process airflow to the turbine.
