Photoinitiator mixture comprising at least one alpha-amino ketone compound; and at least one compound of the Formula (I) or (I') wherein Rand R&#x2032;for example are hydrogen, C-Ccycloalkyl or C-Calkyl Rand R&#x2032; for example are hydrogen; unsubstituted C-Calkyl or substituted C-Calkyl; and Rand Rfor example are hydrogen, C-Calkyl which optionally is substituted, or phenyl which optionally is substituted; exhibit an unexpectedly good performance in photopolymerization reactions.

Photoinitiators mixture comprising (i) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of alpha-hydroxy ketones, monoacylphosphine oxides, bisacylphosphine oxides, ketosulfones, benzil ketals, benzoin ether, phenylglyoxylates, borates and titanocenes; and (ii) at least one compound of the formula (I) or (I') R, R&#x2032;, Rand R&#x2032; R&#x2032;independently of each other for example are hydrogen or C-Calkyl R, R, R, R&#x2032;and R&#x2032;independently of each other for example are hydrogen, C-Calkyl which optionally is substituted or phenyl which optionally is substituted, exhibit excellent photoinitiating properties.
