Provided is a method for a base station, includes: generating, for transmission to at least one UE, control information associated with SRS transmission, wherein the control information indicates an SRS band including a plurality of RBs for the SRS transmission, the control information indicates a first subband for a first UE and a second subband for a second UE in a same SRS band for an SRS transmission occasion; receiving, from the at least one UE, SRS on a plurality of SRS transmission occasions according to the control information, wherein a location hopping parameter is applied to the plurality of SRS transmission occasions, wherein a first starting location of the first subband for the first UE on a first SRS transmission occasion and a second starting location of the first subband for the first UE on a second SRS transmission occasion are determined based on the location hopping parameter.

In an example method, a user equipment (UE) device receives a plurality of Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) beams transmitted by base stations (BSes) during discovery burst transmission windows (DBTWs). For each of the SSB beams, the UE device determines an index value of the SSB beam (l) within a respective one of the DBTWs, and determines a value Z=lmod N, where Nrepresents a maximum allowable number of SSB beams transmitted by each of the BSes during a single DBTW. The UE device determines whether two or more of the SSB beams are quasi co-located based on the values Z for the SSB beams, and processes wireless signals received from the BSes based on the determination.

Technologies in multi-PDSCH transmission in a wireless network

Configuring channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) reporting at a network may include encoding a single CSI-RS reporting configuration for transmission to a user equipment (UE) that is in connected mode with both a first transmission and reception point (TRP) and a second TRP. The single CSI-RS reporting configuration may include a plurality of CSI-RS resource sets. Each of the plurality of CSI-RS resource sets may include a plurality of CSI-RS resources. At least one of the plurality of CSI-RS resource sets may include CSI-RS resources that correspond to the first TRP or the second TRP. A CSI measurement communication received from the UE may be decoded. The CSI measurement communication may be based on the single CSI-RS reporting configuration communication. Based on the CSI measurement communication, one or more downlink data transmissions may be scheduled.

CMR and IMR configuration enhancement for multi-TRP CSI-RS reporting

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for communications between user equipment. One of the methods includes receiving, by a first device and from a second device, sidelink control information indicating a resource reservation for a single-slot resource for the second device to use to communicate with the first device; determining, by the first device and based at least in part on the sidelink control information, whether a potential resource collision exists when the first device is scheduled to communicate with another device using the single-slot resource or when the single-slot resource is reserved by another device; and in response to determining that the potential resource collision exists, sending, by the first device and within a predetermined number of slots from a reference slot, a collision message to cause the second device to determine another single-slot resource to use to communicate with the first device.

Aspects are described for a user equipment (UE) comprising a transceiver and a processor communicatively coupled to the transceiver. The UE is in a multi-TRP mode. The processor is configured to receive a configuration message, a BFD configuration, and a BFR configuration. The UE switches to a single-TRP mode upon receiving the configuration message. The processor is further configured to update a first BFD procedure based on the BFD configuration and update a first BFR procedure based on the BFR configuration. Finally, the processor is configured to perform the updated first BFD procedure and the updated first BFR procedure for the first TRP responsive to a result of the updated first BFD procedure.

Method for a transmission/reception point (TRP) specific beam failure recovery (BFR) for a single downlink control information (DCI) mode

Codebook design

Uplink transmissions of a mobile device (UE) may be improved in a number of ways. Uplink Transmission Time Interval (TTI) bundling, including both Type-A and Type B PUSCH repetitions, may be implemented with variable TTI bundle sizing. The TTI bundle size may be determined by a base station and communicated to the UE explicitly, or may be determined by the UE implicitly, based on an indicated repetition number and frequency hopping number. The UE may also report frequency hopping (FH) assist information to the base station for use by the base station to more efficiently configure FH for the uplink transmissions. Finally, the UE may use (or maintain) the same transmission power, for each TTI transmit occasion of the same TTI bundle in order to improve (cross-slot) channel estimation accuracy. Power allocation may be prioritized to ensure that at the same time a total power for the uplink transmissions of the UE does not exceed a specified threshold.

For example, a UE may receive, from a base station, a configuration for a first set of CSI-RS resources for a first TRP (associated with single TRP operation), a second set of CSI-RS resources for a second TRP (associated with single TRP operation), and a third set of pairs of CSI-RS resources for the first TRP and second TRP (associated with multi-TRP operation). The UE may report, to the base station, a CRI report indicating whether the UE prefers single TRP operation from the first TRP or the second TRP, or multi-TRP operation from the first TRP and the second TRP. The CRI report may be based on the configuration.

Methods for non-PMI CSI reporting enhancements for multi-TRP operation

PUCCH carrier switching at a UE may include decoding an RRC configuration including a time-domain pattern indicating a reference cell and a target PUCCH cell for one or more PUCCH transmissions at a given point in time. The reference cell may include a reference cell slot numerology and the target PUCCH cell may include a target PUCCH cell slot numerology. A slot for PUCCH transmissions may be determined based on the reference cell slot numerology. The determined slot may be used for transmission of at least one of an SR, a CSI, and a HARQ-ACK. The determined slot of the reference cell may be mapped to a corresponding slot of the target PUCCH cell. A PUCCH resource may be determined for performing a PUCCH transmission using the corresponding slot of the target PUCCH cell. The PUCCH resource determination may be based on a PUCCH configuration of the target PUCCH cell.

Methods for uplink control channel carrier switching

The transmission gap information communication may include at least information associated with a PUSCH transmission gap and a maximum number of repetitions before the PUSCH transmission gap. Uplink (UL) PUSCH transmissions equal to the maximum number of repetitions may be encoded before occurrence of PUSCH transmission gap.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration signal indicating one or more reference signal resource sets, the one or more reference signal resource sets comprising at least a first subset of reference signal resources associated with a first reference signal switching configuration and a second subset of reference signal resources associated with a second reference signal switching configuration. The UE may receive a trigger signal activating at least the first reference signal switching configuration or the second reference signal switching configuration. The UE may transmit, based at least in part on the trigger signal, reference signals according to the first subset of reference signal resources or second subset of reference signal resources.
