An electronic device having an antenna, according to the present invention, comprises a cone antenna comprising: a cone radiator which is provided between a first substrate and a second substrate, the upper part of which is connected to the first substrate and the lower part of which is connected to the second substrate, and which has an opening at the top thereof; a metal patch which is formed on the first substrate so as to be separated from the top opening; a second metal patch which is formed so as to be separated from the metal patch; and a shorting pin which is formed so as to electrically connect the second metal patch and a ground layer of the second substrate, thereby providing a cone antenna having a plurality of metal patches that operate in a wide frequency band from a low frequency band to a 5G sub 6 band.

Provided is an electronic device having an antenna according to the present invention. The electronic device comprises a cone antenna comprising: a cone radiator which is provided between a first substrate and a second substrate, has the upper part connected to the first substrate and the lower part connected to the second substrate, and has an opening on the upper part; a metal patch which is formed on the first substrate and is positioned away from the upper opening; a shorting pin which is for electrically connecting the metal patch and a ground layer of the second substrate; a power feeding unit which is formed on the second substrate and is for transmitting a signal via a lower opening; and a dielectric which is formed in a cylindrical shape so as to surround the lower opening.

A vehicle provided with an antenna according to the present invention comprises: a conical array antenna in which cone radiators are arranged at certain intervals, wherein the cone radiators are provided between a first substrate and a second substrate and have upper portions connected to the first substrate, lower portions connected to the second substrate, and openings at the upper portions thereof; a patch array radiator which is formed on the first substrate and in which metal patches formed to be separated from the top openings are arranged; shorting pins formed so as to electrically connect the metal patches and a ground layer of the second substrate; and a transceiver circuit for controlling a signal to be radiated through at least one of the conical array antennas, thereby improving a signal reception performance in almost any direction of the vehicle.

An electronic device according to the present invention can comprise: a first multilayered printed circuit board (PCB) including a transmitting/receiving unit circuit; a second multilayered PCB including an antenna; and a connector for connecting the first multilayered PCB and the second multilayered PCB to each other, and thus the present invention provides a connector and an electronic device that are capable of reducing an insertion loss when an antenna and a transmitting/receiving circuit are vertically connected in a millimeter-wave band.

Provided is a cone antenna assembly according to the present invention. The cone antenna assembly comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate which is spaced a certain distance from the first substrate and provided with a ground layer; a cone emitter which is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate and has an upper portion connected to the first substrate, a lower portion connected to the second substrate, and an opening section provided in the upper portion; and an antenna frame which is made of a dielectric material and configured to be fastened to the second substrate together with the cone emitter. An electronic device with an antenna, according to the present invention, has a cone antenna comprising: a cone radiator which is provided between a first substrate and a second substrate, has the upper part thereof connected to the first substrate and the lower part thereof connected to the second substrate, and has an opening at the upper part; a metal patch formed on the first substrate and spaced apart from the upper opening; and a shorting pin formed to electrically connect the metal patch and a ground layer of the second substrate. The electronic device may further comprise a transceiver circuit which is connected to the cone radiator via a feed and controls so as to radiate a signal via the cone antenna. Accordingly, the size of the entire antenna can be minimized by arranging the metal patch on only one side of the upper opening of the cone antenna.

An earbud includes a housing having a main body portion having a speaker port and a stoke extending from the main body portion; a radiator disposed in the stoke to radiate radio signals to the outside of the earbud; and a printed circuit board (PCB) configured to be electrically connected to the radiator. The radiator includes a first conductive pattern formed on a first surface in the stoke; a second conductive pattern formed on a second surface perpendicular to the first surface; and a connection portion configured to electrically connect the first conductive pattern and the PCB. The first conductive pattern and the connection portion may be configured to radiate signals in a first frequency band, and the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern may be configured to radiate signals in a second frequency band different from the first frequency band.

An antenna system mounted in a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a metal plate that forms a part of the exterior of the antenna system and operates as a radiator; a lower substrate disposed on the lower portion of the metal plate; and a first antenna comprising a feeding part disposed on the front surface of the lower substrate and configured to transmit a signal to the metal plate through a metal supporter, and a shorting pin configured to connect the ground of the lower substrate and the metal plate. In addition, the system comprises a second antenna that is disposed in the antenna system and is separately provided from the first antenna.

An antenna system mounted in a vehicle, according to the present invention, comprises: a radiator for transferring, through an upper opening, a signal which is applied through a lower opening; a coupling patch disposed on an upper substrate so as to be spaced apart from the upper opening by a predetermined interval so as to enable the coupling of the signal which has been transferred through the upper opening; and a first antenna connected to the coupling patch so as to make surface contact therewith, and comprising a shorting bar for connecting a ground layer of a lower substrate. An electronic device having an antenna, according to the present disclosure, includes: a first cone radiator which is provided between a first substrate and a second substrate, the upper part of which is connected to the first substrate and the lower part of which is connected to the second substrate, and which has an opening at the top thereof; a metal patch which is formed on the first substrate so as to be separated from the top opening; a second cone radiator which is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate, the upper part of which is connected to the first substrate and the lower part of which is connected to the second substrate, and which has an opening at the top thereof; and a shorting pin which is formed to electrically connect the metal patch and a ground layer of the second substrate.

An electronic device according to the present invention comprises: a first multi-layer printed circuit board (PCB) including a transceiver circuit; a second multi-layer PCB including an antenna; and a connector configured to connect the first multi-layer PCB and the second multi-layer PCB to each other, wherein the first and the second multi-layer PCB include signal transmission lines configuring a vertical connection for signal transfer between different layers, and include multiple adjacent ground patterns configuring a vertical ground connection between the different boards. In order to improve the matching characteristic between the vertically connected signal transmission lines, window regions from which a metal pattern is eliminated are formed at the same positions in different layers of the first and the second multi-layer PCB between the adjacent ground patterns. Therefore, the present invention can provide the connector and the electronic device providing an optimal matching characteristic in vertically connecting the antenna and the transceiver circuit in mmWave bands.
