An organic light emitting display apparatus is disclosed, wherein the organic light emitting display apparatus comprises a driving thin film transistor provided on a substrate and disposed in a pixel area including a plurality of sub pixels; an organic light emitting diode electrically connected with the driving thin film transistor; and a repair portion provided at one side of the organic light emitting diode, wherein the organic light emitting diode is electrically connected with the driving thin film transistor through the repair portion.

Organic light-emitting display device and manufacturing method thereof

An organic light emitting diode display is disclosed. The organic light emitting diode display includes a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other. The first substrate includes an anode included in an organic light emitting diode, an auxiliary electrode, a barrier on the auxiliary electrode, a bank layer including a first opening exposing at least a portion of the anode and a second opening simultaneously exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode and at least a portion of the barrier, a cathode included in the organic light emitting diode and divided by the barrier, a contact electrode disposed on the cathode and divided by the barrier, and a protective layer interposed between the cathode and the contact electrode. The contact electrode and the power line directly contact each other.

Organic light emitting diode display

An organic light emitting diode display is discussed. The organic light emitting diode display can include a substrate including a thin film transistor region in which a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting diode connected to the thin film transistor are disposed, and an auxiliary electrode region in which an auxiliary electrode is disposed, a barrier disposed on the auxiliary electrode, a cathode included in the organic light emitting diode, divided by the barrier, and exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode, an end of the cathode being in direct contact with the auxiliary electrode, and a cover layer disposed on the cathode, the cover layer having continuity to cover the barrier and the auxiliary electrode.

An organic light-emitting display device can include a first passivation layer that covers a first area of a substrate and a second area adjacent to the first area, an organic light-emitting diode that lies on the first passivation layer in the first area of the substrate, and a protective layer that covers the organic light-emitting diode and is located in the first area of the substrate.

A display panel comprises: a planarization layer that lies on a substrate and compensates for irregularities; an electrode pattern that lies on the planarization layer in a non-display area of the substrate and exposes at least part of the planarization layer; and a moisture-impermeable layer that covers the planarization layer exposed by the electrode pattern.

Display panel and method for fabricating the same

Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device including: an organic light emitting diode disposed in a first area of a substrate; and a reflective layer disposed in a second area adjacent to the first area. Organic light emitting display device

An organic light-emitting display device can include a low-level voltage line that receives a low-level voltage, a plurality of insulating layers that lie over the low-level voltage line, an auxiliary electrode that lies on the insulating film layer and is formed through the insulating film layer and electrically connected to the low-level voltage line, a bank layer that lies over the auxiliary electrode and defines a light-emitting area where the organic light-emitting diode is located, and a cathode of the organic light-emitting diode that lies on the bank layer and at least makes contact with the side of the auxiliary electrode.

Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device including a passivation layer, a planarization layer, a cover layer, and a bank layer. The passivation film may cover a first area, in which an organic light emitting diode is disposed, and a second area adjacent to the first area. The planarization layer may be disposed on the passivation film in the first area. The cover layer may be disposed to surround the planarization layer on the passivation film. The bank layer may cover at least an edge of an upper part of the planarization layer, and separate the first area.

A top-emissive organic light-emitting diode display includes a substrate, an auxiliary line, an insulating film, an auxiliary cathode, a passivation film, a planarization film, an under-cut opening, an under-area, a connecting terminal, an organic emission layer, and a cathode. An under-cut opening exposes one end of the auxiliary cathode. The under-area is formed inside the under-cut opening by removing the insulating film underlying the exposed end of the auxiliary cathode. The connecting terminal on the planarization film extends to the under-cut opening and makes contact with the exposed auxiliary cathode. The organic emission layer is stacked on the surface of the auxiliary cathode, and is not applied to the under-area and exposes the side of the connecting terminal making contact with the auxiliary cathode. The cathode is stacked on the organic emission layer and makes contact with the side of the connecting terminal not covered by the organic emission layer.

Top-emissive organic light-emitting diode display

The present disclosure relates to a top-emissive organic light-emitting diode display. The organic light-emitting diode comprises a substrate, an auxiliary cathode, a passivation film, a planarization film, an under-cut opening, a connecting terminal, an under-area, a bank, an organic emission layer, and a cathode. The auxiliary cathode is placed on the substrate. The connecting terminal makes contact with the top surface of the one end exposed through the under-cut opening and protrudes into the under-cut opening, being longer in length than the one end of the auxiliary cathode. The under-area is formed between the end of the connecting terminal and the one end of the auxiliary cathode. The cathode is stacked on the organic emission layer, makes contact with the side of the connecting terminal not covered by the organic emission layer, and extends all the way to the under-area.
