Embodiments disclosed herein relate to a touch display panel and a touch display device. By arranging a shielding structure, which is connected to a touch electrode in a region where a touch line and a data line overlap each other or is applied with a shielding signal corresponding to a touch driving signal from an outside circuit, between the touch line and the data line, it is possible to prevent direct capacitance from being formed between the touch line and the data line, and to prevent the capacitance formed due to the data line from causing noise on a touch sensing signal. In addition, by arranging a touch load reduction layer between the shielding structure and the touch line, it is also possible to reduce the capacitance between the touch line and the data line arranged in the horizontal direction, thereby improving touch sensing performance.

Discussed are a display panel which can be applied to a touch display device by changing a design of a conductive layer to electrically connect a plurality of pads to a plurality of common electrodes, and a display device and a touch display panel device thereof.

A touch display device accurately distinguishes a touch input performed using a finger and a touch input performed using a pen, such as a stylus, significantly reduce a touch sensing time, simultaneously perform a display operation and a touch sensing operation, and operate in a power saving manner. Touch sensing does not restrict an image display time of a display panel. Touch inputs are sensed without degradation in touch performance, which would otherwise be caused by parasitic capacitance occurring in electrodes within the display panel, such as data lines or gate lines.

The common electrode functions as a shielding pattern that prevents display noise of a touch sensing signal without increasing the number of masks used to form the touch display device. A touch load reducing layer is disposed in a region between the touch line and the common electrode, except for a region in which the common electrode and pixel electrodes overlap. This reduces the load of the touch line and improves touch sensing performance without having an adverse effect on display driving.

A transition value due to polarity inversion of a data voltage supplied to a predetermined number of adjacent subpixels is reduced by varying an inversion pattern by analysis of image data, so that fluctuations in the voltage of touch electrodes due to the transition of the data voltage are minimized. Accordingly, noise due to fluctuations in the voltage of the touch electrodes is removed so as to improve the performance of touch sensing performed in a period in which display driving is performed.

The present disclosure relates to touch display panels and touch display devices. More specifically, the touch display panels and touch display devices provided are capable of performing display driving and touch driving simultaneously or together through a ground modulation scheme. Further, by separating a power source for driving a display controller D-CTR from a power source for driving a touch controller T-CTR, and controlling respective power sources independently, it is possible to reduce power consumption. Also, by enabling a power source for driving a ground modulation circuit to be variable, it is possible to provide functions based on touch sensing under a condition of reduced power consumption.

A method of manufacturing a touch screen panel includes a first process, a second process, and a third process. Each of a plurality of first electrode serials includes a plurality of first electrode patterns which are separated from each other, neighboring first electrode patterns are electrically connected to each other via a first connection pattern, and a first insulation pattern electrically insulates the first electrode serial from the second electrode serial at an intersection of the first electrode serial and the second electrode serial.

Each of the plurality of first electrode serials includes a plurality of first electrode patterns which are separated from each other, and first connection patterns which are formed under the insulation patterns and electrically connect the neighboring first electrode patterns to each other. In addition, each of the plurality of insulation patterns has a protrusion part formed between the first electrode patterns and the second electrode patterns.
