A heat exchanger is provided that includes a tube panel module elongated in a vertical direction and including a plurality of first tube panels and a plurality of second tube panels that are alternately arranged in a lateral direction; header panel modules respectively formed at an upper end and a lower end of the tube panel module and elongated in the lateral direction; and a header case having an open one side, providing a space therein, and covered on the one side by the header panel module such that the plurality of first tube panels and the plurality of second tube panels communicate with the space. Each first tube panel is formed by bonding a first panel and a second panel, and each second tube panel is formed by bonding a third panel and a fourth panel. The header panel modules include a first header panel formed by bending both ends of the first panel and the second panel in opposite directions, and a second header panel formed by bending both ends of the third panel and the fourth panel in opposite directions and bonded to the first header panel between every first tube panel and second tube panel.

Heat exchanger and heat exchanger manufacturing method

The present disclosure relates to a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes: a plurality of tube panels including a tube elongated in one direction; a pair of header modules coupled to both ends of the plurality of tube panels; and a pair of header cases having an open side, providing a space therein, and having the header module inserted in the space such that the tube panels communicate with the spaces, in which the header modules is composed of a plurality of header blocks stacked and coupled to each other, and an insertion hole in which the tube panel is inserted is formed at each of the plurality of header blocks. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the efficiency of manufacturing a heat exchanger, manufacture a heat exchanger flexibly in a custom-made type in accordance with the size of a product having the heat exchanger, reduce tolerance due to brazing, and improve stability of a product.

A heat exchanger may include flat tubes formed of a microchannel type, and first and second fins positioned at a top and bottom of the flat tubes so as to conduct the heat of the flat tubes. The first and second fins may be respectively provided with first and second condensate water discharge fins at a top and bottom. The second condensate water discharge fins of the first fins and the first condensate water discharge fins of the second fins may come into contact, and the second condensate water discharge fins of the first fins and the first condensate water discharge fins of the second fins may be disposed in a line with respect to a vertical direction, thereby having an advantage of quickly transferring condensate water formed at the top to the bottom.

Heat exchanger

Provided is a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a plurality of refrigerant tubes in which a refrigerant flows, a heatsink fin coupled to the plurality of refrigerant tubes to heat-exchange the refrigerant with a fluid, a header disposed on at least one side of the plurality of refrigerant tubes to define a flow space of the refrigerant and a guide device disposed in the header to partition the flow space, the guide device guiding the refrigerant from the header to the refrigerant tubes. The guide device includes a movable cover part.

A case for an electric motor includes a case body provided with an inner case and an outer case together forming a cooling fluid flow path penetratingly formed in an axial direction of the case body, and a circuit component mounting portion protruding from an outer surface of the outer case to mount a circuit component such that the circuit component is cooled by cooling fluid. Case covers are coupled to both end portions of the case body so that the electric motor and the circuit component can be simultaneously cooled by the single cooling fluid flow path. In this way, a separate circuit component case for mounting the circuit component can be excluded, thereby reducing a size and weight of the case.

Case for electric motor

Provided is a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a plurality of refrigerant tubes in which a refrigerant flows, a heat dissipation-fin in which the plurality of refrigerant tubes are inserted and through which the refrigerant and a fluid are heat-exchanged with each other, a header coupled to at least one side of the plurality of refrigerant tubes to define a refrigerant flow space, and a guide device disposed within the header to branch the refrigerant into a plurality of passages corresponding to the plurality of refrigerant tubes.

A heat exchanger is provided. The heat exchanger may include a plurality of refrigerant tubes extending in a horizontal direction, at least one fin coupled to the plurality of refrigerant tubes, a vertically oriented header coupled to corresponding ends of the plurality of refrigerant tubes, the header distributing refrigerant into the plurality of refrigerant tubes, and a partition device that partitions an inner space of the header, the partition device including at least two through holes that guide refrigerant into the plurality of refrigerant tubes.
