A sub-frame mounting structure is provided. The sub-frame mounting structure includes an outer pipe that is mounted on a vehicle body and an inner pipe that is inserted into and coupled to the outer pipe and detached from the outer pipe when an impact load of a predetermined size or greater is transferred thereto. An anti-rotation structure prevents a relative rotation between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. A sub-frame is fastened to the inner pipe to support the vehicle body through the outer pipe to stably support the vehicle body by the sub-frame and to detach the sub-frame from the vehicle body during a collision.

Sub-frame mounting structure

A front vehicle body reinforcing structure capable of improving collision stability at the time of a head-on collision, an offset collision, or a small overlap collision of a vehicle is provided. The front vehicle body reinforcing structure reinforces a portion where a front side member and a fender apron member of a front vehicle body are connected to each other. The front vehicle body reinforcing structure includes an insert member which is inserted into a front end portion of the front side member and a front end mounting bracket which is connected to a front end of the insert member and fastened to a different portion of the vehicle body. The fender apron member supports a rear end of a portion of the insert member that is separate from the front side member.

Front vehicle body reinforcing structure

A front vehicle body reinforcing structure of a vehicle includes a front side member formed to extend along a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, disposed on both right and left sides along a width direction of the vehicle, and formed by coupling a front side inner member disposed on an inner side of the vehicle and a front side outer member disposed on an outer side of the vehicle. A front end portion of the front side outer member is cut away and positioned behind a front end portion of the front side inner member; a side outer member coupled to a cut-away portion of the front side outer member; and a fender apron member disposed on an upper side in a height direction of the vehicle than the front side member and coupled to the side outer member, thereby improving front collision resistance performance.

A support structure of a vehicle body may include left and right inner side sills forming frames of lower portions of sides of the vehicle body in a width direction of the vehicle, an intermediate floor connecting a center floor forming a center portion of floors and a rear floor of the vehicle body, left and right rear side members forming frames of rear portions of the vehicle body in the length direction, and one end portions of inner sides of the left and right rear side members, respectively connected to both end portions of the intermediate floor in the width direction, and left and right front upper support members extending in the width direction, mounted on an upper surface of the intermediate floor, and one ends of the left and right front upper support members, respectively connected to the left and right inner side sills.

Support structure of vehicle body

A vehicle body reinforcing structure may include a center pillar which may be provided at each central portion of left and right sides of a vehicle body, an outside member which is disposed outside the center pillar and surrounds the center pillar, an underside member which is disposed under the center pillar and coupled to a lower end of the center pillar and a lower end of the outside member, a cross member which may be elongated at an upper side of the underside member in a lateral direction of the vehicle body, and an upper side member which may be elongated in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body and inserted between the underside member and the cross member.
