A robot includes a housing, a body frame disposed inside the housing, a driving motor provided at lower portion of the body frame, a driving wheel rotated by the driving motor and protruding downward of the housing, a control rack mounted to the body frame and positioned above the driving motor, an opening defined in the housing and positioned at a rear side of the control rack, the control rack being insertable into the opening, and a back cover covering the opening.

A robot includes a main body provided with a driving wheel, a neck body extending upward from a front portion of the main body, a head including a display body in which a display is provided, and a protrusion protruding from the display body and inserted into the neck body, a tilting mechanism for tilting the head, and a support frame disposed inside the neck body and supporting the tilting mechanism. The tilting mechanism includes a coupling body coupled to the protrusion, a supporter for supporting the coupling body and coupled to the support frame, and a motor for rotating the coupling body.

A robot includes a mobile robot provided with driving wheels, a frame provided in the mobile robot, a housing having an opening formed therein, a drawer guide having a fixed bracket installed in the housing and a moving bracket moving along the fixed bracket and drawable out through the opening, and a drawer mounted on the moving bracket to be inserted into the housing or drawn out of the housing.

Disclosed is a charging station including a case, a rear hole elongated vertically on a rear surface of the case, a plug protruding to a rear side of the case for vertically sliding along the rear hole, a terminal provided at the case and allowing a moving robot to be docked thereto, and a moving mechanism for moving the terminal between a hidden position at which the terminal is located in the case and a docking position at which the terminal is protruding to a front side of the case.

A semiconductor device includes a substrate, a first metal interconnection provided on a first region of the substrate, and a second metal interconnection provided on a second region of the substrate. A width of the second metal interconnection is greater than a width of the first metal interconnection. The first metal interconnection includes a metal pattern. The second metal interconnection includes a lower metal pattern having a concave surface at its top, an upper metal pattern disposed on the concave surface at the top of the lower metal pattern, and a first barrier pattern interposed between the lower metal pattern and the upper metal pattern. The metal interconnections are formed by a damascene process including deposition, reflow, metal implantation, and planarization processes.

An electronic device includes a body and a first support coupled to one portion of the body, where the first support extends from the body along a line in a first direction relative to a central axis of the body. The device further includes a second support coupled another portion of the body, where the second support extends from the body along a line in a second direction relative to a central axis of the body, and an ear loop connecting the first support to the second support. The shape of the ear loop permits coupling with a user's ear, such that the shape of the ear loop changes according to changes in a degree of an angle between the line in the first direction and the line in the second direction.
