A display device includes a substrate including a first auxiliary area and a second auxiliary, the first auxiliary area includes first pixel areas disposed in a matrix and first transmission areas disposed between the first pixel areas and the second auxiliary area includes second pixel areas disposed in a matrix and second transmission areas disposed between the second pixel areas; first conductive patterns respectively disposed on the first pixel areas; and second conductive patterns respectively disposed on the second pixel areas, and a number of first conductive patterns per unit area is greater than a number of second conductive patterns per unit area.

A display device includes: a display panel including a first display area having a first light transmittance and a second display area having a second light transmittance that is higher than the first light transmittance; a camera module under the second display area that is configured to output a raw image signal; a compensation module configured to: activate in response to a compensation control signal; receive the raw image signal; and compensate the raw image signal through a compensation program utilizing a learning data-based deep learning algorithm to generate a compensation image signal; and a control module configured to control operations of the display panel, the camera module, and the compensation module.

A display apparatus includes a light guide member disposed below a display member. A light source configured to generate light is disposed adjacent to the light guide member. The light guide member includes a plurality of diffraction on the light guide member. The diffraction patterns are spaced apart from each other in the first direction. The plurality of diffraction patterns diffract incident light, which is incident at an incident angle, to change the incident light to diffraction light having a diffraction angle. The incident angle is defined as an angle between the incident light and a normal line that is perpendicular to a top surface or a bottom surface of the light guide member. The diffraction angle, which is defined as an angle between the diffraction light and the normal line, has a magnitude less than that of the incident angle.
