The present disclosure relates to a centrifugal fan and a method for manufacturing the same. The centrifugal fan can easily implement a three-dimensional blade by including a main plate, a blade, and a shroud that injection-molded as one body, thereby reducing the weight of the centrifugal fan and improving the operating efficiency. In addition, since assembly processes such as fastening or welding are unnecessary when manufacturing the blade, the defect rate of the blade can be reduced and the fluidity performance can be prevented from deteriorating due to traces of welded areas.

Centrifugal fan and method for manufacturing the same

A ceiling fan may include a column; a hub case coupled to the column and rotatable with respect to the column; and a plurality of blades disposed at the hub case, and arranged radially around the column. Each blade may include a lower blade having a first side coupled to the hub case and a second side, opposite to the first side, directed radially outwardly; an upper blade spaced apart from the lower blade, and having a first side coupled to the hub case and a second side, opposite to the first side, directed radially outwardly; and an air gap disposed between the lower blade and the upper blade. The blade may be formed as a tandem blade, thereby generating a greater lift force than a blade having one positive pressure surface and one negative pressure surface, such that an air volume may increase at a same power output.

A ceiling fan includes: a column; a hub case which is coupled to the column and rotatable with respect to the column; and a plurality of blades disposed in the hub case, wherein each of the blades includes: an inner blade having one side coupled to the hub case; and an outer blade having one side that is coupled to a part of the other end of the inner blade and disposed farther from an axis of the hub case than the inner blade, wherein the inner blade includes: a first inner blade; and a second inner blade disposed spaced apart from the first inner blade.

A ceiling fan includes: a column; a hub case which is coupled to the column and rotatable with respect to the column; and a plurality of blades disposed in the hub case, wherein each of the blades comprises: an upper blade having one end coupled to the hub case; a lower blade which has one end coupled to the hub case and is spaced apart from the upper blade; and an end tip connecting the other end of the upper blade and the other end of the lower blade.

A humidification and air cleaning apparatus is provided, in which a shield prevents water, discharged from an upper nozzle, from being scattered upward, thereby preventing droplets from being scattered to a discharge port which is open to as upper side of a water tank.

Humidification and air cleaning apparatus

A humidification and air cleaning apparatus is provided that may include a water tank having a discharge port which is open toward an upper side, and a discharge grill disposed at the water tank and covering the discharge port. The discharge grill may have a plurality of vanes disposed at the discharge port and spaced apart from each other, and when viewed from a top, overlap each other to cover the discharge port. An edge of a vane may overlap an edge of an adjacent vane, thereby minimizing scattering of droplets to an indoor space while minimizing resistance of discharged air.

A humidification and air cleaning apparatus is provided, in which a wave having a predetermined cycle is formed on a plurality of blades of a blower fan, such that operating noise caused by a flow of discharged air may be minimized, and a wave is formed at a trailing edge, such that a phase difference may be formed for air to be separated, and air flow noise of the discharged air may be reduced.
