A display device includes a base layer, a circuit layer including a reinforcing layer disposed on the base layer and transistors disposed on the reinforced layer, where each of the transistors includes a semiconductor pattern including a source, an active, a drain, and a gate, and a display layer including a light-emitting diode connected to the transistors, where the reinforcing layer overlaps three or more actives among actives of the transistors. Some of semiconductor patterns of the transistors include polysilicon, others of the semiconductor patterns of the transistors include oxide, and a distance from the reinforcing layer to a semiconductor pattern including the polysilicon is shorter than a distance from the reinforcing layer to a semiconductor pattern including the oxide.

Display device

A display panel includes a peripheral region adjacent to an active region. The display panel further includes a plurality of pixels disposed in the active region, a plurality of data lines electrically connected with the plurality of pixels and that extend to the peripheral region, a plurality of sensors disposed in the active region, and a plurality of readout lines electrically connected with the plurality of sensors and that extend from the active region to the peripheral region. In addition, a conductive layer is disposed in the peripheral region and between at least some of the plurality of data lines and at least some of the plurality of readout lines.

A display panel includes a folding axis about which the display panel is foldable, a circuit element layer which is foldable about the folding axis, the circuit element layer including a first transistor including a first semiconductor pattern, a second transistor electrically connected to the first transistor and including a second semiconductor pattern, and the first semiconductor pattern and the second semiconductor pattern on the same layer of the circuit element layer, and a connection pattern which connects the first semiconductor pattern and the second semiconductor pattern to each other, and is on a different layer of the circuit element layer from the same layer on which the first semiconductor pattern and the second semiconductor pattern are disposed, and a light emission element connected to the circuit element layer.

A display apparatus includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, where the non-display area includes a first area, a second area, a bent area and a pad area, and the bent area is arranged between the first area and the second area; a display portion arranged in the display area; a driving circuit portion arranged in the non-display area; and a fan-out portion arranged between the display portion and the driving circuit portion and in the first area, the bent area and the second area, where the fan-out portion transfers a data signal from the driving circuit portion to the display portion. The fan-out portion includes a first data line including a first first data line arranged in the second area and a second first data line arranged in the pad area and disposed in a layer different from the first first data line.

Display apparatus

A display device includes a display panel including a display region and a non-display region proximate to the display region. An input sensor is disposed on the display panel and includes a sensing electrode configured to detect an electromagnetically induced current. The display panel includes a base layer including a plurality of resin layers, a plurality of pixels disposed on the base layer and overlapping the display region, and a charge electrode disposed below at least one of the plurality of resin layers and overlapping the display region.

A display device includes: a display layer and a sensor layer, which senses an external input. The display layer includes: a plurality of pixels and a plurality of sensors, each of which includes a sensing element and a sensor driving circuit connected to the sensing element. The sensor driving circuit includes: a reset transistor, an output transistor, and a switch transistor including a first electrode connected to the sub-readout line, a second electrode connected to a readout line, and a third electrode for receiving a switch signal generated based on the external input.

The display panel comprises a base layer which includes a first region and a second region having a first sub-region and a second sub-region, first pixels in the first region, and second pixels in the first sub-region. Each of the first and second pixels includes a pixel electrode, an emission layer on the pixel electrode, and a common electrode on the emission layer. The pixel electrode is shifted relative to the emission layer in a direction away from the second sub-region.

The display device includes a substrate including a display area, an opening area disposed in the display area, a first non-display area at least partially surrounding the display area, and a second non-display area at least partially surrounding the opening area. A display layer is disposed in the display area. An encapsulating substrate covers the display layer and has an opening corresponding to the opening area. A sealing portion is disposed between the encapsulating substrate and the substrate. The sealing portion is disposed in the opening area and connects the encapsulating substrate to the substrate. A partition wall is disposed between the substrate and the sealing portion.
