Embodiments of the present invention relate to an onboard display system for solving the problem of display image with poor clarity in the prior art, achieving a better grasp to situation outside the vehicle and driving safety of the driver. The onboard display system includes a camera module and a display. The camera module is installed at a predetermined position outside the vehicle for taking traffic images during driving and sending them to the display. The display is arranged inside the vehicle and adhered to the front windshield of the vehicle or hang before the front windshield of the vehicle for displaying the traffic images it received.

A driving mode switching method, a driving mode switching module and a display device are provided. The method comprises: acquiring a pre-processed reference image; identifying an image characteristic of the reference image; generating a color block set included in the reference image by dividing the reference image into color blocks in accordance with the identification of the image characteristic of the reference image; calculating a coupling voltage of each of the color blocks and a brightness difference corresponding to the coupling voltage in accordance with an order of the color blocks included in the color block set; determining a crosstalk in accordance with the brightness difference corresponding to the coupling voltage; and switching a driving mode in accordance with the crosstalk. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, since the driving mode can be switched, it is possible to prevent the display from being prone to crosstalk due to being constantly arranged to the column inversion mode, the row inversion mode or the frame inversion mode, or a display abnormality that may occur due to being arranged to the dot inversion driving.

The invention provides an anisotropic conductive adhesive film and an electronic device. The anisotropic conductive adhesive film comprises a base film and microcapsule structures, wherein the microcapsule structures are set on the base film, and each of the microcapsule structures comprises a metallic conductive particle, a normal-temperature curable macromolecular polymer coated on the outside of the metallic conductive particle and a microcapsule wall coated on the outside of the macromolecular polymer, and an adhesive glue is adhered to the external surface of the microcapsule wall. When in use, the microcapsule structure is destroyed by pressurizing, the conductive particle and the normal-temperature curable macromolecular polymer contained inside the microcapsule wall leak out, and the normal-temperature curable macromolecular polymer leaked out is cured, so that electrical conduction and connection of a microelectronic apparatus can be achieved at normal temperature via the anisotropic conductive adhesive film.

A method for manufacturing an array substrate includes: forming a shielding layer, an insulating buffer layer, active layers, a gate insulating layer and NMOS gate electrodes in a display area and a drive area on a substrate in sequence; forming a PMOS gate electrode in the drive area on the foregoing substrate, in which the NMOS gate electrodes and the PMOS gate electrode are provided on the same layer; meanwhile forming a first through hole in a common electrode connecting area, in which the first through hole is configured to connect the shielding layer and a source/drain electrode layer; forming an intermediate insulating layer on the foregoing substrate, forming a second through hole in the common electrode connecting area and third through holes in the display area and the drive area, in which the second through hole is formed at a same position as the first through hole and configured to connect the shielding layer and a source/drain electrode layer, and the third through holes are configured to connect the active layers and the source/drain electrode layer; and forming the source/drain electrode layer on the foregoing substrate.
