A vehicle power transmission assembly includes a differential side gear transmitting power from an engine to wheels on both sides, a drive shaft coupled to the differential side gear to transmit, to wheels, driving force transmitted by the differential side gear, and a nut fastened to an outer circumference of the drive shaft to engage with the differential side gear.

Vehicle power transmission assembly and assembly method thereof

An engine mount is provided to change properties based on magnitudes of amplitudes input to the engine mount. The engine mount includes a membrane having a central portion and an outer circumferential portion. Upper and lower orifice brackets are mounted between an insulator and a diaphragm to divide an interior of a main casing into an upper liquid chamber and a lower liquid chamber. The upper and lower orifice brackets define a flow path that enables a fluid to flow between the upper and lower liquid chambers and define a receiving space in which the membrane is movable in a vertical direction. An air chamber is connected to a lower side of the lower orifice bracket and allows a lower portion of the membrane to be exposed to air.

Engine mount

An engine mount which connects an engine to a vehicle body is provided. The engine mount includes a housing which defines a body of the engine mount and a main rubber body that is installed within the housing and defines a space portion that accommodates a fluid that flows through a nozzle plate. A core is inserted into and fixed to the main rubber body and an a fixing bolt is coupled to the core. A lower support bracket is coupled to the vehicle body and the fixing bolt is inserted therein. A damper that attenuates vibration is disposed at a lower side of the core or at first and second ends of the lower support bracket of the of the engine mount.

A hydraulic transmission mount which isolates noise or vibration of an engine, the hydraulic transmission mount may include a core which moves horizontally together with a main rubber vulcanized outside the core in accordance with behavior of a vehicle; stoppers which are coupled to both surfaces of the core and define a hermetic liquid chamber with the core; a bracket which surrounds the stoppers and fixes the hydraulic transmission mount to a vehicle body; and a spoke which penetrates an insertion hole formed at a center of the core and has protruding regions that are bent at both end portions of the spoke and in contact with the stoppers, wherein a fluid encapsulated in the liquid chamber flows through the insertion hole in accordance with the behavior of the vehicle.

A fluid mount is provided having continuously variable characteristics for improving driving performance in which an automatic fluid opening and closing unit is installed between upper and lower fluid chambers. The fluid mount includes a core having a central bolt, engaged with an engine, inserted into a central portion of the core, and a rubber member formed on an outer circumferential surface of the core. The core and the rubber member are disposed in a bracket housing. The upper and lower fluid chambers and the automatic fluid opening and closing unit are installed between the upper and lower fluid chambers to continuously open and close a flow path through current change.
