A hydraulic mount capable of damping both an up-down vibration and a front-rear vibration of a motor module includes an internal pipe; a main rubber formed on an external circumferential surface of the internal pipe, and provided with a plurality of liquid chambers in which fluid is sealed; an orifice unit mounted to an external circumferential surface of the main rubber to cover the plurality of liquid chambers; and an external pipe surrounding and mounted on the orifice unit, and the orifice unit includes a first flow path connecting an upper liquid chamber and a lower liquid chamber among the plurality of liquid chambers provided in the main rubber in a fluidable manner; and a second flow path connecting a front liquid chamber and a rear liquid chamber among the plurality of liquid chambers provided in the main rubber in a fluidable manner.

A hydraulic mount for a vehicle is configured to control and damp the behavior of a motor mounted on a vehicle body. The hydraulic mount includes: an inner pipe; a main rubber molded on an outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe and having an upper front liquid chamber and an upper rear liquid chamber, and a lower front liquid chamber and a lower rear liquid chamber; and an outer pipe fitted to an outer circumferential surface of the main rubber to seal the liquid chambers, wherein the main rubber includes a first flow path connecting the upper front liquid chamber and the lower rear liquid chamber filled with fluid such that the fluid is movable therebetween; and a second flow path connecting the upper rear liquid chamber and the lower front liquid chamber filled with fluid such that the fluid is movable therebetween.

A bush-type hydraulic mount used for mounting a motor module in an electric vehicle is provided. The bush-type hydraulic mount includes an inner pipe, a middle pipe disposed coaxially with the inner pipe, and a main rubber that is vulcanized between the inner pipe and the middle pipe. An outer pipe surrounds the middle pipe. The main rubber includes a front fluid chamber that is recessed from a surface of the main rubber, a rear fluid chamber adjacent to the front fluid chamber and recessed from the surface of the main rubber, and a bridge that separates the front fluid chamber and the rear fluid chamber to allow fluid to flow between the front fluid chamber and the rear fluid chamber and being deformable by external force.

A roll rod for a vehicle includes: a front insulator connected to a powertrain; a rod bracket to mount the front insulator on a front end portion of the rod bracket; a case bracket disposed outside the rod bracket and fastened to a vehicle body; a stopping rubber formed at a rear end portion of the rod bracket and disposed in an inner space defined by the case bracket; and a rear insulator formed between the rod bracket and the case bracket, where the rear insulator is secured to an outer side surface of the rod bracket and an inner side surface of the case bracket. The roll rod enhances an insulation rate against vibration of a powertrain and improves durability while reducing manufacturing costs through the simple structure and application of an extrusion molding method.

Disclosed is an engine mount for a vehicle including a membrane, which is an essential component of an engine mount for supporting a powertrain of the vehicle. The membrane may be deformed vertically and radially depending on an input amplitude so as to open or close bypass holes in upper and lower plates depending on the input amplitude. As such, it is possible to easily fulfill a function of isolating vibrations generated by the powertrain during idling and a damping function of controlling the behavior of the powertrain during traveling and it is possible to prevent the generation of abnormal noise attributable to cavitation and rattling phenomena.

An engine mount for a vehicle is provided to include a core bush coupled to a vehicle body, a main rubber formed on the core bush, and an outer pipe that is attached to the main rubber and extends downwards. An orifice body is mounted in the outer pipe and has a main flow path and an upper plate is coupled to the orifice body. The upper plate has a fluid passage aperture to communicate with the main flow path and has a plurality of fluid action apertures. An integral plate includes a membrane part disposed under the upper plate and a diaphragm part coupled to an edge of a lower surface of the orifice body under the orifice body. A lower cover body includes a membrane support plate that has an air aperture and is disposed under the membrane part and a cover supporting the diaphragm part.

A fluid-sealed engine mount includes a variable orifice whose cross-section is changed according to a magnitude of engine vibration, thereby keeping a damping performance substantially unchanged at a time of large displacement vibration of an engine as compared to a time of small displacement vibration of the engine.

Fluid-sealed engine mount of vehicle

A hydraulic mount for a vehicle having both forward-rearward damper and upward-downward damper includes: a main rubber configured to define a fluid chamber; an orifice assembly that divides the fluid chamber into an upper fluid chamber and a lower fluid chamber, defines the upper fluid chamber together with the main rubber, and has an orifice arranged between the upper fluid chamber and the lower fluid chamber; and a diaphragm configured to define the lower fluid chamber at the lower side of the orifice assembly. In particular, the main rubber has a partition wall extending downwards so as to partition the upper fluid chamber into a first upper fluid chamber and a second upper fluid chamber in the state in which the lower end of the partition wall is coupled to the orifice assembly.

A fluid-sealed engine mount may include an insulator integrally formed on an external side of a mount core configured to be coupled to an engine and having a chamber with which fluid for insulation of vibration is sealed; an orifice module mounted below the mount core to divide the chamber into two chambers and having a fluid passage for flow of the fluid; an air chamber provided at a center portion of the orifice module and filled with air; and an elastic membrane mounted above the air chamber at the center portion of the orifice module to seal the air chamber airtightly.
