An apparatus for controlling anti-pinch of a power seat in a vehicle, and a method for the same, include a hall sensor to sense a position to which the power seat moves, a driving motor to drive movement of the power seat, a current sensor to measure a level of a current output from the driving motor, and a controller. The controller is configured to train a reference current level for determining the anti-pinch with respect to each position of the power seat by using the hall sensor and the current sensor, to compare a current value, which is measured with respect to each position of the power seat through the current sensor, with the trained reference current level for determining the anti-pinch, and to determine the anti-pinch.

Apparatus and method for controlling detection of anti-pinch of a power seat in a vehicle

A device and a method for detecting a passenger within a vehicle are provided. The device includes a sensor mounted inside the vehicle and a vehicle network connection device that receives a position and a backrest angle of each seat in the vehicle and transmits a control signal for adjusting the position and the backrest angle of each seat in the vehicle. A controller performs primary detection using the sensor in a precise detection mode determined based on the received position and backrest angle of each seat in the vehicle, and performs final detection using the sensor in a general detection mode while adjusting the position and backrest angle of each seat in the vehicle.

A switch apparatus for adjusting a power seat in a vehicle, may include a body, a plurality of switches installed on the body including a first switch manipulated in a horizontal direction, and a second switch spaced apart from the first switch and manipulated in a vertical direction, and a guide bracket, a first end portion of which is integrally coupled to the first switch and a second end portion of which is placed around the second switch and selectively coupled to the second switch according to a horizontal movement of the first switch, wherein the second switch is movable in the vertical direction while the first switch is in a neutral position, while the first switch is out of the neutral position, and wherein the second end portion of the guide bracket is interfered with the second switch while the second switch is out of a neutral position.
