A luggage box apparatus for a vehicle is disclosed. The luggage box apparatus includes a main box received in a main box receiving space provided at a luggage side trim. The main box is withdrawable from the main box receiving space toward a luggage compartment, for use thereof. The main box is installed to perform linear sliding movement in a withdrawal direction and rotation with respect to the luggage side trim.

The present invention provides a multilayer dash isolation pad having superior formability and sound absorption performance. The multilayer dash isolation pad includes a decoupler and a sound absorption and insulation layer. The decoupler is a soft felt manufactured from urethane foam or octalobal cross-section fiber, and the sound absorption and insulation layer includes a compressed felt manufactured from octalobal cross-section fibers. In particular, the shape factor (&#x3b1;) of the octalobal cross-section fiber is 2.0 to 2.7. Particularly, the multilayer dash isolation pad according to the present invention does not decrease thickness or be contracted upon press molding after pre-heating felt, such that superior formability in components can be obtained and a sound absorption coefficient may be enhanced without increase in the weights and thicknesses of the decoupler and the sound absorption and insulation layer.

A method of manufacturing nano-fiber non-woven fabrics is provided. The method comprises preparing a polyurethane solution by dissolving polyurethane in an organic solvent, producing an electrospinning solution by adding far infrared ray emitting particles, antibacterial inorganic particles, and deodorization inorganic particles to the polyurethane solution, and electrospinning the electrospinning solution to form the nano-fiber non-woven fabric. The far infrared ray emitting particles may be obtained by adding a metal oxide to ceramics and sintering the metal oxide-added ceramics. The antibacterial inorganic particles may be obtained by impregnating a zirconium-based carrier with silver ions. The deodorization inorganic particles may be obtained by impregnating a zirconium-based or a silica oxide-based carrier with an amine-based compound.

A curtain air bag device protects passengers within a car by preventing a front pillar trim from being detached from a front pillar panel upon the deployment of a curtain air bag. The front pillar trim is attached to a flexible curtain air bag back plate in which a curtain air bag is embedded. A space is provided through which the curtain air bag deploys. The front pillar trim is attached to the front pillar by a simple fixing means, such as a screw.
