A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: a polycarbonate resin; a rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer; a large particle size rubbery polymer having an average particle size of about 400 to about 1,500 nm; an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; a phosphorus-based flame retardant; talc; wollastonite; a maleic anhydride grafted rubbery polymer; and a black pigment. The thermoplastic resin composition is superior in terms of adhesion to metal, strength, flame retardancy, fluidity, and appearance.

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of polycarbonate resin; about 20 to about 60 parts by weight of mica which has been surface-treated with a silane compound; about 0.1 to about 20 parts by weight of a modified polyolefin comprising a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1 and a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 2; and about 3 to about 20 parts by weight of a phosphorus flame retardant. A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention contains: a polycarbonate resin; a siloxane copolymer comprising a repeat unit represented by chemical formula 1 and a repeat unit represented by chemical formula 2; a metal aromatic sulfonate; a fluorinated olefin-based resin; and an inorganic filler having a difference in refractive index with the polycarbonate resin of approximately 0-0.01. Disclosed herein are a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article produced therefrom. The thermoplastic resin composition includes a thermoplastic resin, an inorganic filler, and a maleic anhydride (MAH)-grafted rubber, and has a coefficient of linear expansion from about 20&#xd7;10cm/cm&#xb0; C. to about 35&#xd7;10cm/cm&#xb0; C., as measured in accordance with ASTM D696. The thermoplastic resin composition can exhibit low shrinkage, excellent impact resistance and excellent flexural modulus and can have a good balance therebetween.

Disclosed herein is a thermoplastic resin composition, which includes a polycarbonate resin; and a rubber-reinforced vinyl copolymer, wherein the rubber-reinforced vinyl copolymer comprises a matrix including a branched vinyl copolymer which is a polymer of a monomer mixture including an alkyl (meth)acrylate and a reactive monomer, and a dispersed rubbery polymer in the matrix. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition includes (a) a polycarbonate resin, (b) an impact modifier, and (c) resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate). A polycarbonate resin composition includes about 100 parts by weight of a base resin including about 45 to about 86 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin (A), about 10 to about 45 parts by weight of a polysiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer (B) and about 4 to about 10 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl graft copolymer (C), about 0.03 to about 5 parts by weight of a sulfonate flame retardant (D) based on about 100 parts by weight of the base resin, and about 1 to about 10 parts by weight of a polycaprolactone polymer (E) based on about 100 parts by weight of the base resin.

The present invention provides a phosphonate based compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 and a flameproof thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) a thermoplastic resin and (B) a phosphonate based compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1. The flameproof thermoplastic resin composition can exhibit good flame retardancy and impact strength.
