A body for a vehicle is proposed. The body includes an A pillar upper member supporting a front glass of the vehicle, an A pillar lower member disposed under the A pillar upper member and extending in a vertical direction of the vehicle, a cowl cross member extending in a width direction of the vehicle, and a joint provided on a front side of a vehicle cockpit, provided between a lower end of the A pillar upper member, an upper end of the A pillar lower member, and an end of the cowl cross member, and connected to each of the lower end of the A pillar upper member, the upper end of the A pillar lower member, and the end of the cowl cross member to form a load path.

Body for vehicle

A chassis cab vehicle includes a lower frame, which constitutes a lower structure of the vehicle and is equipped with a pair of side members extending in a lengthwise direction of the vehicle. A battery is coupled between the side members. An upper body is coupled to a front portion of the lower frame and forms a cabin interior. A side sill is formed at a lower end at each side of the upper body and extends to a rear side of the cabin interior. The side sills overlap the respective side members in a lateral direction of the vehicle when coupled to the lower frame.

Chassis cab vehicle

A vehicle frame assembly includes a front cross member provided at the front of a cabin and extending in a widthwise direction of a vehicle, a front side member having one end connected to the front cross member and having another end extending rearwards of the front cross member, a fender member having one end connected to the front cross member and having another end extending outwardly upwards of the vehicle, and a connection joint connected to an end portion of the front cross member, having formed therein an inner space, and allowing the front cross member, the front side member, and the fender member to be interconnected in the inner space.

Vehicle frame assembly

A vehicle structure includes a joint member having an upper side coupled to an A-pillar lower portion. The joint member has a rear coupled to a side sill and has a side coupled to a body front cross member. The A-pillar lower portion has a closed cross-section structure and has a lower end in surface contact with and coupled to the joint member. The side sill has a closed cross-section structure and has a front end in surface contact with and coupled to the joint member. The body front cross member has a closed cross-section structure and has a side end in surface contact with and coupled to the joint member.

An embodiment vehicle floor system includes a floor, a pair of side longitudinal members disposed on side edges of the floor, respectively, wherein each side longitudinal member extends in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle and wherein each side longitudinal member includes a horizontal rib provided therein, a structural transverse member disposed on the floor and extending in a transverse direction of the vehicle, wherein the horizontal ribs are aligned with the structural transverse member in the transverse direction of the vehicle, and a battery assembly disposed under the floor.

A vehicle floor structure includes: a center floor panel; a pair of side sills mounted on both sides of the center floor panel; a plurality of structural members attached to a bottom surface of the center floor panel; and a plurality of seat crossmembers attached to the bottom surface of the center floor panel, wherein each structural member extends in a longitudinal direction of the center floor panel, each seat crossmember extends in a width direction of the center floor panel, and an axis of the structural member is orthogonal to an axis of the seat crossmember.

A vehicle floor structure includes: a center floor; a plurality of longitudinal members attached to a bottom surface of the center floor; and a battery assembly having a battery case disposed under the center floor and a through bolt passing through the battery case, wherein the through bolt is vertically aligned with respect to at least one longitudinal member among the plurality of longitudinal members, and the through bolt is joined to the at least one longitudinal member.
