The present disclosure relates to antioxidant for a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell electrode catalyst, which includes cerium hydrogen phosphate (HCe(PO)(HO)) in the form of a nanofiber, and an electrode and a membrane-electrode assembly including the same. The electrode for a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell of the present disclosure, wherein the antioxidant is dispersed, can improve the mechanical strength of an electrode catalyst layer and can minimize deterioration of chemical durability even after long-term operation. And, a fuel cell including the same can exhibit high output performance and can operate stably even after long-term operation.

Disclosed is an antioxidant for a polymer electrolyte membrane of a fuel cell including cerium hydrogen phosphate (CeHPO). The presence of cerium hydrogen phosphate in the antioxidant enhances the dissolution stability of cerium and improves the ability to capture water, leading to an increase in proton conductivity. In addition, the cerium hydrogen phosphate has a crystal structure composed of smaller cerium particles. This crystal structure greatly improves the ability of the antioxidant to prevent oxidation of the electrolyte membrane. Also disclosed are an electrolyte membrane including the antioxidant, a fuel cell including the electrolyte membrane, a method for preparing the antioxidant, a method for producing the electrolyte membrane, and a method for fabricating the fuel cell.

The present disclosure relates to a polymer electrolyte membrane for medium and high temperature, a preparation method thereof and a high-temperature polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell including the same, more particularly to a technology of preparing a composite membrane including an inorganic phosphate nanofiber incorporated into a phosphoric acid-doped polybenzimidazole (PBI) polymer membrane by adding an inorganic precursor capable of forming a nanofiber in a phosphoric acid solution when preparing phosphoric acid-doped polybenzimidazole and using the same as a high-temperature polymer electrolyte membrane which is thermally stable even at high temperatures of 200-300&#xb0; C. without degradation of phosphoric acid and has high ion conductivity.

The present invention provides a radio frequency identification (RFID)-integrated self-powered time-temperature integrator (TTI), which comprises an RFID and a self-powered TTI which is attached to the exterior of a package of food to output an electric signal indicating a storage state of the food and supplies the electric signal as an operating power of the RFID, in which the electric signal output from the self-powered TTI is a voltage corresponding to a rate of a change in quality of the food accompanied, the quality is calculated by an integration value of time-voltage, and an integration algorithm uses an integrated value, obtained by adding the voltage measured every hour, as a quality variable of the food.

The present invention relates to a system for providing food expiration date information using a TTI (time temperature integrator) and a method for providing food expiration date information using the same. The system for providing the food expiration date information and the method for providing the food expiration date information using the same of the present invention includes: an input unit for receiving TTI information, food information, and distribution history information; a calculation unit for producing a TTI indication value corresponding to an expiration date of the food; and an output unit which determines and outputs a color corresponding to the expiration date of the food among stages of colors which can be expressed through the TTI according to time and temperature conditions using the TTI indication value. According to desired embodiments, the present invention enables a consumer to confirm correctly the expiration date of the corresponding food by providing the TTI indication value corresponding to the expiration date of the food.
