According to embodiments of the disclosure, a DC-DC converter includes a voltage generator configured to generate an output voltage by converting an input voltage, a first mode driver configured to generate a first switching signal to drive the voltage generator in a first mode, a second mode driver configured to generate a second switching signal to drive the voltage generator in a second mode, a third mode driver configured to generate a third switching signal to drive the voltage generator in a third mode, and a mode controller configured to determine an output load of the voltage generator using the first switching signal, the second switching signal, and the third switching signal, and supply one of the first switching signal, the second switching signal, and the third switching signal to the voltage generator according to the output load.

DC-DC converter and display device including the same

A display device includes a first base substrate including a light-emitting area and a non-light-emitting area around the light-emitting area, a wavelength conversion pattern on the first base substrate in the light-emitting area, and a light-emitting element layer on the wavelength conversion pattern. The light-emitting element layer includes a pixel electrode including a first conductive pattern between the wavelength conversion pattern and the first base substrate, and a second conductive pattern on the wavelength conversion pattern and spaced apart from the first conductive pattern, an organic light-emitting layer on the second conductive pattern, and a common electrode on the organic light-emitting layer.

A color conversion display panel includes: a color conversion layer provided on a substrate and including a semiconductor nanocrystal and a scatterer; and a transmission layer provided on the substrate, wherein the semiconductor nanocrystal is included at greater than 30 wt % of an entire content of the color conversion layer, and the scatterer is included at equal to or less than 12 wt % of the entire content of the color conversion layer.

Color conversion display panel and display device including the same

A display device is provided. The display device includes: a display substrate on which a plurality of light-emitting areas are defined; and a color conversion substrate on which a plurality of light-transmitting areas respectively associated with the plurality of light-emitting areas and light-blocking areas between the plurality of light-transmitting areas are defined, the color conversion substrate comprising color patterns in the light-blocking areas, and light-blocking members on the color patterns, wherein at least one of the light-emitting areas has an area smaller than the area of the light-transmitting area that overlaps it in a thickness direction, and the color patterns include a blue colorant.

A display device is provided.
