A display device includes a first active pattern disposed on a substrate and including a first material, a second active pattern including a second material that is different from the first material of the first active pattern, a voltage line disposed under the second active pattern, a horizontal transmission line disposed on the second active pattern, and extending in a first direction and a connection pattern spaced apart from the horizontal transmission line, disposed on a same layer as the horizontal transmission line, and making electrical contact with the second active pattern and the voltage line. The horizontal transmission line and the voltage line may be spaced apart from each other and the second active pattern and the voltage line may make contact with each other through the connection pattern. Accordingly, a contact resistance value may be reduced, and a distribution of contact resistance values may resultantly be reduced.

Display device

Provided is a display device which includes a substrate having a display area and a non-display area, and a plurality of pads disposed in the non-display area. Each of the pads includes a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, a third electrode layer, a fourth electrode layer, and a fifth electrode layer which are sequentially disposed on the substrate, and the second electrode layer is in contact with the first electrode layer through a contact hole formed in one or more insulating layers.

A display device according to the invention includes: a display panel and a driving chip mounted on the display panel. The display panel includes: a base layer, pixels, signal lines, fan-out lines, and a selection circuit. The base layer includes a first region, a second region bent with respect to a bending axis, and a third region adjacent to the second region. The pixels are arranged in the first region, and the signal lines are arranged in the first region and connected to the pixels. The fan-out lines are arranged in the second region and connected to the signal lines. The selection circuit is arranged between the fan-out lines and the driving chip in the third region and connected to the fan-out lines and the driving chip.

A display device includes a data line, a vertical transmission line and a horizontal transmission line. The data line extends in a first direction and is arranged in a second direction on a display area divided into upper and lower display areas, and is connected to pixels. A vertical transmission line extends in the first direction on the display area. The vertical transmission line receives a ground power supply voltage from an upper side of the display area to transfer the ground power supply voltage to the pixels, and receives a data voltage from a lower side of the display area. A horizontal transmission line extends in the second direction on the display area and is arranged in the first direction. The horizontal transmission line is connected to the vertical transmission line and the data line on the lower display area to transfer the data voltage to the data line.

A display panel includes a display area in which a plurality of pixels is disposed, a non-display area disposed outside the display area, a plurality of protrusions protruding from the non-display area and disposed along an edge of the non-display area, and a first driver disposed in the non-display area and including a plurality of first stages respectively corresponding to the plurality of protrusions.

A display apparatus including a display area for displaying an image and a peripheral area that is a non-display area includes a base substrate, a first data line disposed in the display area on the base substrate, a first connecting line at least partially disposed in the display area on the base substrate and electrically connected to the first data line through a connection contact hole, a data pad disposed in the peripheral area, and a first data spider line disposed in the peripheral area between the data pad and the display area and electrically connected to the first connecting line and the data pad.

Display apparatus
