Proposed is a vehicle recliner including a mobile flange including a support part located in the center of a placement space and configured to protrude upwards from a lower surface thereof, the support part being formed in a multi-step structure having a different outer diameter for each step, a cam having a corresponding step formed thereon, the corresponding step corresponding to the multi-step structure of the support part, and a gear plate eccentrically pressed by the cam so that an external gear thereof meshes with an internal gear of the mobile flange.

Proposed is a recliner for a vehicle, the recliner including a mobile flange including a support portion having a multistage structure having stages with different outer diameters, an eccentric ring installed in a seating space of the mobile flange by being fitted with the support portion of the mobile flange, the eccentric ring including a corresponding end corresponding to the multistage structure of the support portion and formed on an inner surface being in contact with the support portion, a gear plate including an external gear configured to engage with the internal gear of the mobile flange, and a cam disposed between the eccentric ring and the gear plate and configured to press the gear plate to one side.

A fluttering prevention apparatus for a lever of a pumping device includes: a lever bracket including a first side coupled with a lever, a center portion formed with a hollow hole, and a second side formed with insertion holes; a clutch cam including a first side provided with protruding portions inserted into the insertion holes of the lever bracket; a clutch drum having a first side formed with a seat groove to receive the clutch cam is seated therein; and a spindle coupled to the hollow hole of the lever bracket through center portions of the clutch drum, the clutch cam, and the housing, thereby inhibiting the lever bracket from fluttering with respect to the clutch drum.

Disclosed is a seat recliner for a vehicle, the seat recliner including: a first flange; a plurality of locking gears seated in the guide spaces of the first flange respectively with lower surfaces thereof facing down, sliding back and forth radially along the guide parts, and provided with external teeth and guide protrusions; a locking cam provided with a locking protrusion on an upper surface thereof; a control member seated on the upper surfaces of the locking cam and the locking gears and provided with a coupling part, a locking hole, and guide slits; a second flange; and an input member inserted into the center of the first flange behind the first flange to be coupled with the control member at an end portion thereof and provided with a locking part at the end portion thereof to be coupled with the coupling part of the control member.

A recliner for a vehicle seat is configured such that a plurality of stop protrusions is provided along an edge of a center hole formed in a control plate, and fore-end corners of the stop protrusions are stopped by the outer circumferential surface of a rod part of an input member when the rod part of the input member passes through the center hole of the control plate, whereby the coupling and assembly of the input member is performed by the stop protrusions of the control plate.
