The present invention relates to a novel cathode buffer layer material, and an organic or organic/inorganic hybrid photoelectric device comprising same, and, if a novel compound of the present invention is applied to a cathode buffer layer of an organic photoelectric device such as organic solar cells, organic photodiode, colloidal quantum dot solar cell, and perovskite solar cell, a surface property of an electron transfer layer is improved via a high dipole moment of the novel compound, an electron can be easily extracted from a photoactive layer to a cathode electrode, and series resistance and leakage current can be reduced, thereby having a useful industrial effect, as performance of the organic or organic/inorganic hybrid photoelectric device being manufactured, such as an organic solar cell, organic photodiode, colloidal quantum dot solar cell, and perovskite solar cell, can be significantly improved.

The memory layer is composed of a material which produces spontaneous polarization at a voltage equal to or higher than a predetermined voltage. Through this, the memory device can be electrically driven and can continuously maintain modulated optical characteristics. Also, the memory device according to the embodiment of the present invention can modulate optical characteristics by multiple electrical inputs.

A plasma display device includes a circuit board on which a driving circuit is to be mounted and a first heat sink fastened to one side surface of a semiconductor device, the first heat sink being disposed spaced apart from the circuit board, and the semiconductor device being disposed between the first heat sink and the circuit board. By improving the heat dissipation characteristics of a plasma display panel, a more stable display device can be provided and the thickness of the plasma display device can be reduced. Further, rocking of the semiconductor device can be decreased, and the possibility of damage can be reduced.

The pick-up unit reads main data recorded on the recording medium, and the local storage stores sub data associated with the main data. The sub data may include interactive graphic streams or text subtitle streams. The decoder decodes the main data and the sub data using a PlayList which includes a main path and a sub path. The main path contains a PlayItem for play-back of the main data, and the sub path contains at least one SubPlayItem associated with the PlayItem for play-back of the sub data in association with the play-back of the main data. The PlayList file further includes sub path type information which indicates whether the SubPlayItem included in the sub path is synchronized with the PlayItem.

At least one text subtitle stream is recorded on a recording medium. Each text subtitle stream includes a dialog style segment defining a set of region styles and at least one dialog presentation segment. Each dialog presentation segment contains at least one region of dialog text and being linked to at least one of the set of region styles. The dialog style segment further defines a set of user control styles for each region style. Each user control style is selectable by a user and is configured to change at least one of region presentation properties specified by a corresponding region style.

A method and apparatus for reproducing data is disclosed. The method and apparatus configures a composite file structure to simultaneously reproduce data recorded in a recording medium and other data recorded in a local storage, and reproduces data using the configured composite file structure. A variety of methods for configuring the composite file structure are described in preferred embodiments, such that a method for effectively configuring the composite file structure regardless of a current condition state is given. Therefore, data recorded in the recording medium and other data stored in the local storage can be effectively used.
