A color conversion panel includes: a substrate; a plurality of banks disposed on the substrate, where the banks partition a first light emitting region, a second light emitting region, and a third light emitting region; a first color conversion layer disposed in the first light emitting region, a second color conversion layer disposed in the second light emitting region, and a transmission layer disposed in the third light emitting region; and a first reflective layer disposed to overlap the first color conversion layer and the second color conversion layer, where the first reflective layer includes a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer, a refractive index of the second layer is greater than a refractive index of the third layer, and the refractive index of the third layer is greater than a refractive index of the first layer.

Color conversion panel and display device including same

A scan driver includes stages that include a first stage. A method for operating the scan driver includes providing a first clock signal, a first carry clock signal, a second carry clock signal, a first power source voltage, and a second power source voltage to the first stage to enable the first stage to provide a first scan signal to a first scan line. Throughout a portion of one frame, each of the first clock signal, the first carry clock signal, and the second carry clock signal is constant.

Scan driver

A display panel includes pads and pixels, signal lines electrically connected to the pads, and a protection circuit electrically connected between one signal line among the signal lines and a first voltage line. The protection circuit includes a first transistor, a first resistor, and a first capacitor. The first transistor includes a first electrode electrically connected to the first voltage line, a second electrode electrically connected to the one signal line, and a gate electrode. The first resistor is electrically connected between the gate electrode of the first transistor and the one signal line. The first capacitor is disposed between the gate electrode of the first transistor and the one signal line.

Electrostatic discharge circuit and display device including the same

A display device includes: a panel including a display region and a touch region; and a circuit board, and including a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a first insulating layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The circuit board includes: a plurality of data lines electrically connected with a plurality of data signal lines; a plurality of touch lines electrically connected with a plurality of touch electrodes; and a first ground line disposed between at least two or more of the plurality of data lines and the plurality of touch lines. The first ground line includes a first part of the first conductive layer, a first part of the second conductive layer, and a first via passing through the first insulating layer and connecting the first part of the first conductive layer with the first part of the second conductive layer.

Display device

An optical film for a display device includes: a base layer; a pattern layer disposed on the base layer and having a repeating pattern of valleys and peaks; a plurality of first elongated scattering members disposed on upper surfaces of the valleys; and a cover layer having a shape that is complementary to and coupled with the repeating pattern of valleys and peaks, with the elongated scattering members being disposed between the pattern layer and the cover layer.

Liquid crystal display

A liquid crystal display includes a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other. A color filter is positioned on the first substrate. A liquid crystal layer is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. A first polarizer is positioned on an outer surface of the first substrate. A first compensation film is positioned on an outer surface of the first polarizer. A second compensation film is positioned on an outer surface of the second substrate. A third compensation film is positioned on an outer surface of the second compensation film. A second polarizer is positioned on an outer surface of the third compensation film. The second compensation film includes a negative C-plate, and the third compensation film includes a biaxial film.

A display device includes a lens with an adjustable refractive index. The display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a backlight unit positioned at a back side of the display panel to emit light of a first color and light of a second color to the display panel at different times, the first color and the second color being different from each other; and a lens unit positioned at a front side of the display panel to form at least one lens in a 3D mode. The lens unit includes a plurality of electrodes for adjusting a refractive index of the lens, and a signal applied to the electrodes when the backlight unit emits the light of the first color is different from a signal applied to the electrodes when the backlight unit emits the light of the second color.
