An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate including a plurality of pixels defined thereon; a first electrode disposed at each pixel; a bank exposing the first electrode of each pixel; a spacer including, sequentially on the bank, a first layer of a first negative photoreactive acryl and a second layer of a second negative photoreactive acryl having a greater photoreactivity than a photoreactivity of the first negative photoreactive acryl, wherein the first layer has a negative taper and the second layer has a positive taper; an organic layer on the bank and the first electrode, the organic layer including an organic light emitting layer; and a second electrode on the bank, the spacer, and the organic layer.

Organic light emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

Disclosed is a flexible display device that includes a backplane substrate having an active area and a non-display area outside the display area, the active area having a plurality of pixels defined with a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines, wherein the backplane substrate is defined with a folding axis with reference to which the display device is folded or bended and a folding area in which a radius of curvature remains substantially the same as a radius of curvature at the folding axis located at a center of the folding area when the display device is folded or bended; a plurality of embedded drivers on the backplane substrate in the non-display area, wherein two of the embedded drivers are spaced apart from each other outside the folding area with the folding area therebetween; and a plurality of link wires between the plurality of embedded drivers and the active area, electrically connecting the plurality of embedded drivers and one of the plurality of gate lines and the plurality of data lines.

Backplane substrate and flexible display using the same

Disclosed is an organic light-emitting diode display panel, which may effectively reduce or prevent spreading of the peeling of an organic light-emitting layer by using a bar-shaped reversed spacer, regardless of the direction in which the organic layer peels off. The organic light-emitting diode display panel may include a reversed spacer, which is disposed on a bank insulation layer having an opening and includes a reversed-trapezoidal cross section, the reversed spacer having a bar shape when viewed from the front side of the organic light-emitting diode display panel.
