A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a component area, and first and second signal lines disposed on the substrate, in which each of the display area and the component area includes a first semiconductor layer, a first gate conductive layer and a second gate conductive layer on the first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer on the second gate conductive layer, a third gate conductive layer on the second semiconductor layer, an insulating layer in which openings surrounding the first semiconductor layer, the second gate conductive layer, the second semiconductor layer and the third gate conductive layer are defined, and first and second data conductive layers on the insulating layer, in which the first signal line in the first data conductive layer and the second signal line in the second data conductive layer respectively extend in perpendicular directions.

Display device

A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate including a touch sensing area and a touch peripheral area disposed near the touch sensing area; a circuit layer disposed on the substrate; a touch sensor layer disposed on the circuit layer, including N number of touch sensing electrodes arranged in the touch sensing area in a first direction and a second direction, and N number of sensing transfer lines electrically connected to the N number of touch sensing electrodes, respectively; a multiplexer disposed in the touch peripheral area and electrically connected between the N number of sensing transfer lines and a touch driving circuit; and an electrostatic shielding layer overlapping with the multiplexer. The N number of sensing transfer lines extend from the N number of touch sensing electrodes to the multiplexer. Among the N number of sensing transfer lines, 2M number of sensing transfer lines selected by the multiplexer are electrically connected to the touch driving circuit. Each of N and M is a natural number and M is smaller than N.

A pixel is disclosed that includes a light emitting element connected between a first power line and a second power line; a first transistor connected between the first power line and a first electrode of the light emitting element, and having a gate electrode connected to a first node; a second transistor connected between a data line and a second node, and having a gate electrode electrically connected to a first scan line; a third transistor connected between the second node and a third node, having a gate electrode electrically connected to a first light emission control line; and a first capacitor connected between the first node and the third node.

Pixel and display device including the same

A driving system is provided. The driving system includes: a driving apparatus performing a handling operation for handling a target object; and an auxiliary driving apparatus performing an auxiliary handling operation that assists the handling operation of the driving apparatus, wherein the driving apparatus and the auxiliary driving apparatus are interlinked using a wireless communication method to operate for the transportation and loading of the target object.

The light sensing pixel in one of the unit pixels and the light sensing pixel in another one of the unit pixels have different light transmissivities for external light, and the main driving circuit analyzes light sensing signals of the light sensing pixels having the different light transmissivities to detect a luminance value or an illuminance value of the external light.

The driving apparatus includes a body part; driving parts configured to drive the body part along a driving route; actuating parts configured to provide an actuation force to the driving parts to drive the body part; and an information collection part configured to collect vibration information on vibrations produced on the driving route according to driving of the driving parts, wherein the information collection part is configured to provide vibration cancellation information for canceling the vibration information on the basis of the vibration information and a plurality of driving parts are provided on the body part and perform a first response operation in the body part to respond to the vibrations on the driving route on the basis of the vibration cancellation information.

Driving apparatus and operation method thereof

A display device includes a display panel including a main area and a sensor area. Sensor devices overlap the sensor area of the display panel in a thickness direction of the display panel. The display panel includes first subpixels, which are disposed in the sensor area, and second subpixels, which are disposed in the main area. The number of transistors of each of the first subpixels is different from the number of transistors of each of the second subpixels.

A display device and a method for fabricating the same. The display device includes a substrate including a circuit layer and a first pad unit; an auxiliary substrate disposed below the substrate and comprising a driving circuit and a second pad unit; a light-emitting unit disposed on the circuit layer; and a connection electrode in contact with a side surface of the substrate and electrically connecting the first pad unit with the second pad unit. The method includes forming a circuit layer and a first pad unit on a first surface of a substrate; forming a driving circuit and a second pad unit on a fourth surface of an auxiliary substrate; and attaching a second surface of the substrate opposite the first surface to a third surface of the auxiliary substrate opposite the fourth surface.

Display device and method of fabricating the same

An organic light-emitting display device includes a pixel area and a transmitting area adjacent to the pixel area. The organic light-emitting display device includes an organic light-emitting diode, a driving power wiring, and a heating pattern adjacent to the driving power wiring. The organic light-emitting diode includes a first electrode disposed in the pixel area, an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the first electrode and a second electrode disposed on the organic light-emitting layer. The driving power wiring is electrically connected to the second electrode. A portion of the organic light-emitting layer is disposed in the transmitting area. The organic light-emitting layer includes an opening area overlapping the heating pattern and at least a portion of the driving power wiring. The second electrode electrically contacts the driving power wiring through the opening area.
