A display device including a color filter is provided. The display device may include at least one color conversion pattern realizing a color same as the color filter. The color conversion pattern may be surrounded by the color filter. Thus, in the display device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the color gamut may be improved without increasing the overall thickness of the display device.

An organic light-emitting display device includes a color filter disposed on a light-emitting structure. An over-coat layer may be disposed between the color filter and the light-emitting structure. Diffusion-beads are dispersed in the over-coat layer. Thus, in the organic light-emitting display device according to the aspect of the present disclosure, light efficiency may be increased without a process of forming micro-lens.

An OLED display device includes a first substrate; organic light-emitting diodes each including a first electrode, an organic light-emitting layer and a second electrode on the first substrate; a passivation layer on the organic light-emitting diodes; a second substrate spaced apart from the first substrate; a color filter layer on an inner surface of the second substrate; and a color changing layer contacting the passivation layer and the color filter layer.
