A resin-metal composite layer is formed by modifying a surface of a resin substrate to a modified layer, contacting the modified layer with a metal compound solution, and adsorbing at least either metal colloids or ions are adsorbed to the polar group, so that metal particles are dispersed into the modified layer. Because of the fineness of the metal particles in the resin-metal composite layer, high transparent can be achieved. The resin-metal composite layer functions as a transparent conductive layer and the like.

Since a powder-produced material comprises cerium fluoride, it can exhibit good wear-resistance. The cerium fluoride content may be set in the range of from 0.1 to 22% by weight, in particular, in the range of from 0.1 to 10.0% by weight, based on the total weight of the powder-produced material. The powder-produced material may comprise a ferrous matrix including hard particles, and the ferrous matrix includes cerium fluoride.

Powder-produced material having wear-resistance

Disclosed are an Fe-based alloy powder adapted for sintering, an Fe-based sintered alloy, and a process for producing the Fe-based sintered alloy. The Fe-based alloy powder or the matrix of the Fe-based sintered alloy consists, percent by weight, essentially of 2.0 to 15% Co, 2.0 to 10% Mo, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The Fe-based alloy powder exhibits superb compressibility and corrosion resistance, and accordingly the Fe-based sintered alloy made therefrom exhibits excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The Fe-based sintered alloy is further improved in the excellent properties by dispersing novel Ni-based alloy hard particles in the matrix.
