A coal deactivation processing device includes: a rotary kiln body provided rotatably into which coal and a processing gas are supplied; and a feed pipe provided so as to be able to rotate along with the rotary kiln body, extending along a lengthwise direction of the rotary kiln body, and having a coolant flowing therein. A pair of blades is provided on an outer circumferential section of the feed pipe and protrudes in a radial direction. The feed pipe and the pair of blades are arranged so as to pass through an accumulated coal layer of the coal within the rotary kiln body upon rotation of the rotary kiln body, and such that an angle formed by a tangent of a path along which the central axis of the feed pipe passes and the bisector of the pair of blades is from 0 to 40 degrees.

Coal deactivation processing device

An inactivation treatment apparatus includes a rotary kiln main body in which coal flows from an end side toward a tip side; a cooling tube arranged rotatably in conjunction with the rotary kiln main body and extends in the direction of the length of the rotary kiln main body, and in which cooling water can flow; and a treatment gas supply tube arranged rotatably in conjunction with the rotary kiln main body, and extends in the direction of the length of the rotary kiln main body, and can supply a treatment gas into the rotary kiln main body. In the apparatus, each of the cooling tube and the treatment gas supply tube is arranged to move past through a coal layer, which is a layer formed as the result of the sedimentation of the coal, in the rotary kiln main body when the rotary kiln main body rotates.

Inactivation treatment apparatus

The present invention is provided with: a first processing device main body () that processes carbonized coal () by means of processing gas () of which the oxygen concentration has been adjusted by blowers (); a second processing device main body () that processes primary processed carbonized coal (), which results from being processed at the first processing device main body, by means of air () fed by a blower (); a second-processing-gas state detection means that detects the state of the air used within the second processing device main body; and a control device () that, on the basis of information from the second-processing&#x2014;gas state detection means, controls the blowers () in a manner so as to adjust the oxygen concentration in the processing gas when the state of the air has diverged from a predetermined state.

Blast-furnace blowing coal and method for producing same

A coal deactivation treatment device for deactivating of coal by means of a treatment gas that is a mixture of air and nitrogen gas is provided with, among other things: a treatment column inside of which coal flows from the top to the bottom; treatment gas feed means, and the like, for feeding treatment gas to the inside of the treatment column; humidifying heaters for heating and humidifying the treatment gas such that the treatment gas fed to the inside of the treatment column can maintain a relative humidity of 35% or greater, even at 95&#xb0; C.; a temperature sensor and a control device for adjusting the temperature inside the treatment column such that the inside of the treatment column is maintained at a relative humidity of 35% or greater and a temperature of 95&#xb0; C. or lower.

Coal deactivation treatment device

On the basis of data obtained by means of analyzing coal, a first and second coal type satisfying conditions are selected, the ash melting point of the mixed coal resulting from mixing the first and second coal types is derived on the basis of a four-dimensional state diagram for SiO&#x2014;CaO&#x2014;MgO-20% AlO, on the basis of the ash melting point of the mixed coal and the four-dimensional state diagram, an additive causing the ash melting point of the mixed coal to be at least 1400&#xb0; C. at the lowest quantity when added to the mixed coal is selected from SiO, MgO, and CaO, the addition quantity of the additive is derived, the first coal type and second coal type are mixed to result in the mixed coal, and the addition quantity of the additive is added to the mixed coal.

Method for preparing blast furnace blow-in coal

Provided is a method for preparing blast furnace blow-in coal that can, at a low cost, obtain blast furnace blow-in coal that suppresses occlusion by blast furnace blow-in ash or accretion of blast furnace blow-in ash in a pathway leading to a tuyere of a blast furnace main body, while suppressing a decrease in the amount of heat release. The method includes selecting first and second coal types satisfying conditions (S, S), on the basis of the CaO content in the ash when the oxides of Al, Si, Ca, and Mg in the ash is 100 wt % and the AlOcontent in the ash is 20 wt %, deriving the mixing ratio of the first and second coal types that results in the CaO content in the ash of the mixed coal being at least 40 wt % (S), and mixing the first and second coal types (S) at the mixing ratio.

A blast furnace includes: a blast furnace body; raw material charging means for charging raw material into the blast furnace body; hot air blowing means for blowing hot air into the blast furnace body; a drying apparatus etc. for evaporating moisture in low-grade coal; a dry distillation apparatus etc. for carbonizing dried coal; a cooling apparatus etc. for cooling carbonized coal; a pulverization apparatus etc. for pulverizing the carbonized coal cooled by the cooling apparatus; a storage tank for storing powdered coal; a nitrogen gas supply source, a conveyor line and a cyclone separator etc. for conveying the powdered coal pulverized by the pulverization apparatus to the inside of the storage tank by generating a gas flow with the nitrogen gas; and an injection lance etc. for feeding the powdered coal inside the storage tank to hot air that is blown into the blast furnace body.

Blast furnace

Provided is a coal deactivation processing device that can suppress an increase in carbon monoxide concentration in processing gas regardless of the fact that used processing gas is circulated and refused. The present invention is provided with: a device main body () that causes coal therewithin to flow from one side to another; a processing gas feed means (-) that feeds processing gas to the interior of the device main body (); a processing gas circulation means () that circulates used processing gas () used in the device main body () to the processing gas feed means; and a carbon monoxide processing device () that adjusts the carbon monoxide concentration in the processing gas in a manner so as to reduce the carbon monoxide concentration in the processing gas.

Coal deactivation processing device and equipment for producing modified coal using same

A method for deactivating coal, in which coal is deactivated with a treatment gas containing oxygen, wherein a deactivation step for deactivating the coal in a temperature range 45-70&#xb0; C. is carried out.

Method for deactivating coal

The coal deactivation apparatus including: a separating device that separates out a portion of the beneficiated coal deactivated in the main treatment apparatus; a main evaluation apparatus into which the sample of the beneficiated coal separated out by the separating apparatus is supplied; a blower and heater that supply air at the evaluation temperature to the main evaluation apparatus; a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the air that has heat-treated the sample in the main evaluation apparatus; and a control unit that, when the temperature of the air is at or below the lower limit on the basis of information from the temperature sensor, determines whether or not the temperature of the process gas is at or below the lower limit and if the process gas temperature exceeds the lower limit, controls the heater to reduce the temperature of the process gas by a prescribed value.

Coal deactivation apparatus

A biomass hydrothermal decomposition apparatus includes, a biomass feeder () that feeds biomass material () under normal pressure to under increased pressure, a hydrothermal decomposition device (A) that allows the fed biomass material () to be gradually moved inside a gradient device main body () from a lower end thereof with a conveyor screw (), and also allows hot compressed water () to be fed from an other end of a feed section () for the biomass material into the main body (), so as to cause the biomass material () and the hot compressed water () to countercurrently contact with each other and undergo hydrothermal decomposition, and that transfers a lignin component and a hemicellulose component into the hot compressed water, so as to separate the lignin component and the hemicellulose component from the biomass material (); and a biomass discharger () that discharges, from the upper end of the device main body (), a biomass solid residue () under increased pressure to an under normal pressure.

Biomass hydrothermal decomposition apparatus and method

Method for gas treatment of coal

A coal reforming system includes a drying furnace for drying low-grade coal, a carbonizing furnace for carbonizing the dried low-grade coal, hot air generating furnaces for supplying hot air to the drying furnace or the carbonizing furnace, and a carbonizing gas circulation line for supplying a carbonizing gas, which is generated in the carbonizing furnace, as a fuel for the hot air generating furnaces while the temperature thereof is maintained.

Coal reforming system

A coal reforming apparatus includes: a dryer body provided to dry low-quality coal; a pyrolysis body which pyrolyzes the dried coal thus dried; and a briquetter which compression-molds the pyrolyzed coal thus pyrolyzed. The coal reforming apparatus has a radical scavenger supplier which supplies drying gas with a radical scavenger so that the low-quality coal can be dried in an atmosphere containing the radical scavenger, the drying gas being supplied from a drying gas supply source and heated by a heater, the radical scavenger being formed of an organic compound having a hydroxyl group.
