Techniques for adjusting the strengths of signals received from a transmitter based on the transmitter's likely location are disclosed herein. An example method includes receiving, by one or more processors, location information corresponding to one or more respective areas expected to be visited by an individual; receiving, by the one or more processors, measurements indicative of signal strengths of one or more signals transmitted by a transmitter associated with the individual and received by one or more receivers configured to receive one or more signals transmitted by the transmitter, the one or more receivers being positioned at respective receiver locations corresponding to one or more respective areas; and adjusting, by the one or more processors, the received measurements indicative of the signal strengths of the one or more signals transmitted by the transmitter based on the one or more respective areas expected to be visited by the individual.

An example method includes determining one or more geo-fenced zones corresponding to one or more respective areas; receiving location information indicative of the one or more areas expected to be visited by the individual, of the one or more respective areas; and adjusting the one or more geo-fenced zones based on the one or more respective areas expected to be visited by the individual.

Feedback generation for a container load process includes digitizing a manual workflow into stages, assigning intermediate targets to each stage, monitoring the workflow, and generating notifications to exert feedback control over the workflow. Feedback generation can include: storing a set of load stage definitions defining sequential load stages of the load process, each stage definition including: an intermediate performance target, and a stage duration; responsive to arrival of a container at a load bay, receiving a task definition defining a performance target for the load process; retrieving the load stages in sequence and, for each stage: receiving sensor data depicting an interior of the container; determining, based on the sensor data, a performance measurement of the container load process, comparing the performance measurement to the intermediate performance target corresponding to the stage, and based on the comparison, generating an alert and/or status message for transmission to a client computing device.

Monitoring and feedback system for processing container loads to direct performance outcomes

An operation management system is disclosed. The operation management system may receive a video stream from a wearable device of a user that is performing an operation in a physical environment. The operation management system may process, using an operation performance model, a set of frames of the video stream that indicates a state of a performance of the operation by the user. The operation management system may determine, based on the state of the performance by the user, a next task of the operation. The operation management system may configure display data that is associated with a physical object that is associated with the next task. The display data may be associated with an indicator that identifies the physical object and/or task information associated with performing the next task. The operation management system may provide the display data to the wearable device.

Systems and methods for assessing trailer utilization are disclosed herein. The method generates a trailer interior map and captures an image of the trailer interior. The map includes first voxels associated with the trailer interior and the image includes a plurality of three-dimensional (3D) image data points. The method generates a 3D map of an object based on a set of 3D points indicative of respective 3D image data points corresponding to respective first voxels and determines whether the object is non-conforming. The method determines at least one of second voxels associated with unusable space proximate to a non-conforming object, third voxels associated with the non-conforming object, and fourth voxels associated with a conforming object. The method determines an occupied portion of the trailer based on the first voxels, third voxels, and fourth voxels and trailer utilization based on the occupied portion of the trailer, the first voxels, and the second voxels.

Systems and methods for assessing trailer utilization

A method of generating feedback for a container load process includes: during a load process for a container at a load bay, controlling a sensor assembly disposed at the load bay to capture sensor data depicting an interior of the container; at a computing device connected to the sensor assembly, detecting, based on the sensor data, a wall of items placed in the container interior; determining, at the computing device from the sensor data: (i) a boundary attribute of the detected wall, and (ii) a composition attribute of the detected wall; comparing, at the computing device, (i) the boundary attribute to a boundary criterion, and (ii) the composition attribute to a composition criterion; and responsive to at least one of the boundary attribute not meeting the boundary criterion, or the composition attribute not meeting the composition attribute, generating an alert for transmission to a client computing device.

Container load quality monitoring and feedback system

Methods for assessing trailer utilization are disclosed herein. An example method includes capturing an image featuring a trailer, and segmenting the image into a plurality of regions. For each region the example method may include cropping the image to exclude data that exceeds a respective forward distance threshold, and iterating over each data point to determine whether or not a matching point is included. Responsive to whether or not a matching point included for a respective data point, the method may include adding the respective data point or the matching point to a respective region based on a position of the respective data point. Further, the method may include calculating a normalized height of the respective region based on whether or not a gap is present in the respective region; and creating a 3D model visualization of the trailer that depicts trailer utilization.

A computing device for dimensioning an object includes: a dimensioning subsystem configured to execute a default dimensioning method and a backup dimensioning method; a memory storing quality evaluation rules; a processor connected with the dimensioning subsystem and the memory, the processor configured to: control the dimensioning subsystem to execute a default dimensioning method to obtain default dimensioning data; compare a quality metric for the default dimensioning data to a threshold condition defined in the quality evaluation rules; when the quality metric exceeds the threshold condition, compute dimensions of the object based on the default dimensioning data; and when the quality metric does not exceed the threshold condition, control the dimensioning subsystem to execute the backup dimensioning method to obtain backup dimensioning data and compute the dimensions of the object based on the backup dimensioning data.

System and method for dimensioning objects

A vertically-stacked filter employing a ground-aperture broadside-coupled resonator device that can advantageously be employed within various systems (e.g., communication systems). The filter comprises a plurality of metal layers and a plurality of dielectric layers arranged in a vertically-stacked topology. The plurality of metal layers form a resonator device having two or more resonators. At least one pair of resonators have opposing broadside surfaces that are coupled. One mechanism for broadside coupling the pair of resonators is a metal layer between the pair of resonators wherein the metal layer has an aperture between the broadside surfaces.

A slot antenna has independent antenna elements. A multilayer dielectric substrate has a conductive layer. A pair of coplanar elongated slots is formed in the conductive layer and configured in a substantially collinear fashion with one another. A pair of transmission lines of conductive traces is formed on the multilayer dielectric substrate coupled to a respective slot. Preferably the pair of slots is notches configured in directions opposing one another. In a further aspect of the invention an additional slot is formed in the conductive layer between the pair of the slots and an additional transmission line of a conductive trace is formed on the multilayer dielectric substrate and coupled thereto. For polarization diversity, the another slot can be configured orthogonally relative to the pair of the slots. Associated application circuitry can be disposed on the same dielectric substrate as the antenna element.
