A thread intermingling device for textile machines includes a nozzle oriented to intercept the path of the base threads, a corresponding compressed-air feed line and intercepting means to intercept the line. The base threads are led next to the nozzle and impinged by a jet of compressed air causing intermingling. A control unit controls the intercepting means for shutting down the feed to the nozzle instantaneously or with delay with respect to the device stop and for reactivating the feed of compressed air to the nozzle instantaneously or in advance with respect to the device restart, and for the feedback automatic reactivation depending on the detected speed or movement of base threads.

The present invention relates to a multifunction machine for laundries, which comprises a body or frame () defining a treatment chamber () hermetically closed and equipped with means () for hanging elements (), such as bed linen, clothes and garments, to be treated; means for removing stains, a wash and rinse; means for drying; and means for ironing said elements while they are hanging and stretched out in said treatment chamber.

An accumulator-feeder device for feeding yarn to a textile, knitting and stocking machines with a winding drum turning around a rotating axis and composed of two connected cage rotors, opposite each other, each rotor having a head from which rods protrude facing the head of the other rotor. Rods of the two rotors form peripherally corresponding cylindrical surfaces; a first rotor rests on the rotating axis, the second rotor is oscillating on an axis at right angles to the rotating axis; the peripheral surface of the first rotor has an axis which coincides with the rotating axis of the winding drum, the peripheral surface of the second rotor has an axis inclined to the rotating axis, the peripheral surface protrudes from two diagonally opposite parts of the peripheral surface forming two conical lobes adjacent to the opposite heads of the drum.

An apparatus and method for pairing at least two threads for processing in a textile machine. The apparatus includes individual thread feeding devices for furnishing individual threads to a pairing device in which the individual threads are formed into a single resulting paired thread, and a paired thread feeding device, which includes a cylindrical accumulator coaxial with the individual thread feeder devices, for receiving the single resulting paired thread from the paired feed device and delivering the single resulting paired thread, under controlled tension, to the textile machine.

Method and apparatus for pairing threads in textile machine

To help disabled people to put on socks or stockings without being compelled to lean forward or to bend down, a utensil is disclosed which comprises an elongate rod carrying at one end a round half-shell on which the socks or stockings piece rolled up in the upturned position, the shell being rotatable about a pivot carried by said rod. Once the wearer has slipped his toe tip in the socks tip, he thrusts his foot on into the socks piece and this is gradually unrolled from the shell: by slightly pulling the rod up as the heel area is reached, the socks piece continues to be unrolled and fits the wearer's leg gradually. The reverse manipulation is adopted for pulling the socks out.

Socks or stockings wear-helping utensil

For a textile machine fed by yarn bobbins, such as a hosiery knitting machine and like apparatus, a device is provided for detecting the condition in which the yarn is nearly finished in any bobbin and for stopping the machine automatically prior to having to suffer from damage to the article being knitted. A system of fixed and movable contacts associated to each section of the bobbin is provided, the movable contacts being responsive to the presence and the pressure of the yarn so that when the yarn pressure on the bobbin stud begins to be released, the movable contact closes an alarm and stopping circuit.
