An assembled textile product includes a plurality of parts of fabric cut from one or more open pieces of fabric. At least one of the plurality of parts of fabric is cut from a tubular knitted fabric having a rest configuration and a stretched configuration. The tubular knitted fabric includes a heat adhesive material applied on at least a portion of a surface of the tubular knitted fabric in the stretched configuration so as to stabilize the first portion of the tubular knitted fabric by reducing its elasticity or deformability.

Assembled textile products

A method for making assembled textile products including the following steps: arranging open piece of fabric, made by producing tubular knitted fabric by means of circular knitting machine for hosiery or for knitwear, by pulling tubular fabric over support so as to stretch tubular fabric, by applying heat adhesive material onto at least first portion of an outer surface of tubular fabric pulled over support letting heat adhesive material firmly adhere under heat onto tubular fabric, and by cutting tubular fabric onto which heat adhesive material has been applied, so as to obtain open piece of fabric; cutting open piece of fabric according to predefined cutting lines for making one or more parts of textile product to be assembled, and assembling plurality of parts obtained from open piece of fabric or from plurality of pieces of fabric for obtaining assembled textile product.

Method for making assembled textile products

A device for feeding correctly orientated socks to a processing station, comprising: a laying unit, which can be fed with a sock and is adapted to lay out the sock in a substantially horizontal direction; a conveyor, which is arranged below the laying unit and forms a substantially horizontal resting surface for the sock that falls from the laying unit after being laid out. The conveyor can be actuated in order to produce the advancement of the sock in a direction which is parallel to the longitudinal extension of the sock, with its toe directed in the advancement direction. The device further comprising a positioner, which is provided with grippers for gripping the sock at its toe as it arrives from the conveyor and can be actuated so as to arrange the sock so that it hangs vertically at its toe.

An automatic sock labeling machine including a conveyor element actuatable with a translatory motion along an advancement direction and extending from a station for loading the socks on the conveyor element to a station for unloading the labeled socks. The path of the conveyor element includes: a station for positioning, in each instance, a label so that it straddles the top of a pair of mutually superimposed socks; a station for fixing the label to the pair of socks; and, if necessary a station for printing markings at the foot of one sock of the pair of socks.
