A pressure sensor module, comprising: a pressure measuring cell; and a mounting ring. The pressure measuring cell includes a platform and a measuring membrane, whose front face extends parallel to the rear face of the platform. The mounting ring has a mounting passageway with an inner mounting surface, which defines an inner axial stop plane for mounting the pressure measuring cell, wherein the mounting ring has an outer mounting surface, and the pressure measuring cell is inserted with the rear face preceding into the mounting passageway. The rear face of the platform is adhered with the inner mounting surface, wherein the inner mounting surface has a shoulder, which extends from an inner lateral surface of the mounting ring radially inwards. The mounting surface has between the axial stop surface and the inner lateral surface an annularly surrounding recess, in order to accommodate excess adhesive in the case of the adhering of the axial stop surface with the rear face of the platform.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sensor element or an active component of a sensor element. The sensor element is applied in a field device of automation technology. The method comprises the following method steps: predetermining at least two materials with different physical and chemical properties depending on a functionality of the sensor element or the active component of the sensor element; predetermining an outer shape, into which the at least two materials should be formed, the outer shape being divided into a plurality of virtual spatial regions, wherein in each virtual spatial region the material distribution of the at least two materials occurs homogeneously and periodically according to predetermined rules corresponding to a microstructure. The method also includes steps of ascertaining the predetermined rules via a computer supported method depending on the predetermined functionality of the sensor element or the active component of the sensor element.

A pressure transfer module for transfer of pressures less equals 100 mbar, and suitable for high temperature applications, comprising an isolating diaphragm outwardly sealing a first pressure chamber; a transfer diaphragm outwardly sealing a second pressure chamber; and a pressure transfer path connecting the first pressure chamber with the second pressure chamber. The first and the second pressure chambers and the pressure transfer path are filled with a pressure transfer liquid, via which a pressure acting externally on the isolating diaphragm is transmitted to the transfer diaphragm. The pressure transfer liquid is under a pre-pressure, especially a pre-pressure of greater than or equal to 30 mbar, especially greater than or equal to 50 mbar. The isolating diaphragm and the transfer diaphragm under the pre-pressure assume a starting position, from which they are deflected by the pressure to be transmitted, and the starting positions of isolating diaphragm and transfer diaphragm lie as a function of size of the pre-pressure and size of the pressure to be transmitted within deflection ranges of the diaphragms, in which deflections from their starting positions have due to their formation a non-axisymmetric part, especially an antisymmetric part.

An electronic unit, comprising a regulating unit, which regulates a phase difference that exists between the electrical transmission signal and electrical receiving signal to a determined value at which the unit capable of oscillating conducts oscillations at a resonant frequency, and which forms an oscillation circuit with the transmitter unit, receiving unit and the unit capable of oscillating. The electronic unit comprises a compensation path with a compensation unit, which for compensating additional signal components in the receiving signal, which results from the mechanical and/or electrical coupling between transmitter unit and receiver unit, at least intermittently produces a compensation signal from the transmission signal and supplies this compensation signal to the receiving signal. The compensation unit produces the compensation signal in a way such that the compensation signal is opposite to the additional signal components in the receiving signal.
