A process for the production of a mineral foam includes separately preparing a slurry of cement and an aqueous foam, wherein the cement slurry includes water and Portland cement as well as calcium silicate hydrate crystallization seeds; contacting the slurry of cement with the aqueous foam to obtain a slurry of foamed cement; and casting the slurry of foamed cement and leave it to set.

Ultra-light mineral foam

A process for the production of a mineral foam includes (i) separately preparing a slurry of cement and an aqueous foam, wherein the cement slurry includes water and Portland cement; (ii) contacting the slurry of cement with the aqueous foam to obtain a slurry of foamed cement; (iii) adding a magnesium salt source before, during or after step (ii); and (iv) casting the slurry of foamed cement and leave it to set.

A process for manufacturing an inorganic foam includes (i) separately preparing an aqueous foam and a cement slurry, the cement slurry including water W, a cement C, a water-reducing agent, a water-soluble calcium salt, a water-soluble silicate salt, the calcium/silicon molar ratio being 0.7 to 1.7 and the W/C weight ratio being 0.25 to 0.40, and given that the calcium ion concentration is 0.03 to 0.97%, expressed as weight percent relative to the weight of the cement, and that the silicate ion concentration is 0.04 to 1.67%, expressed as weight percent relative to the weight of the cement; (ii) contacting the cement slurry obtained with the aqueous foam to obtain a foamed cement slurry; and (iii) shaping the foamed cement slurry obtained in step (ii) and allowing setting to occur.

Ultralight inorganic foam and manufacture method thereof

A process for producing a mineral foam includes (i) separately preparing one or more slurries of cement, and an aqueous foam for which a D50 of bubbles is less than or equal to 400 &#x3bc;m; (ii) homogenizing the one or more slurries of cement with the aqueous foam to obtain a slurry of foamed cement; (iii) casting the slurry of foamed cement and leaving the cast slurry of foamed cement to set.

Insulating mineral foam

A hydraulic binder includes a Portland clinker having a Blaine specific surface of 4000 to 5500 cm/g, from 2.5 to 8% of sulphate expressed by mass of SOrelative to the mass of clinker, from 1.5 to 10% of calcium nitrite and/or calcium nitrate expressed as anhydrous mass relative to the mass of clinker and from 15 to 50% of a mineral addition including calcium carbonate by mass relative to the total mass of binder.

Fast hydraulic binder for parts and constructions made of concrete containing a calcium salt

A dry binder premix includes, in mass proportions: Portland clinker having a Blaine specific surface area comprised from 4500 to 9500 cm/g, the minimum quantity of the clinker by mass percentage relative to the total mass of the premix being determined according to: [&#x2212;6.10&#xd7;BSS]+75, in which BSSis the Blaine specific surface area of the clinker given in cm/g; fly ash; an alkali sulphate; one source of SO; complementary materials having a Dv90 less than or equal to 200 &#x3bc;m selected from limestone powders, calcined shale, metakaolins, siliceous fillers, silica powders, pozzolans, slags, fly ash and mixtures thereof. A quantity of clinker+the quantity of fly ash is greater than or equal to 75% by mass percentage relative to the total mass of the premix and a total quantity of clinker in the premix is less than 60% by mass percentage relative to the total mass of the premix.

Concrete with a low clinker content
