A coolant reservoir tank includes a first compartment that is configured to receive and retain a first portion of a liquid coolant. The first compartment is configured to be in fluid communication with a first liquid cooling circuit. A second compartment is configured to receive and retain a second portion of the liquid coolant. The second compartment is configured to be in fluid communication with a second liquid cooling circuit. A dividing wall separates the first compartment from the second compartment. The coolant reservoir tank further includes a fill port.

A venting tank () for a cooling system of a motor vehicle includes a main wall (), which defines an inner venting volume (V) of the venting tank, the main wall including a bottom () and a cover () opposite one another, an intake () for a heat transfer fluid to be vented within the interior venting volume, and a discharge () for discharging the vented heat transfer fluid outside the inner venting volume. This venting tank () further includes a heat transfer fluid duct (), which crosses through the cover () and the bottom () and includes an inner segment () extending within the inner venting volume (V) from the cover () to the bottom () and whereof an inner volume (V) is separated from the inner venting volume.

The present invention relates to a liquid reservoir for a vehicle that is subjected in service to inclinations in at least two different directions, the reservoir comprising a float well which delimits a bowl containing a float that is able to move depending on the level of liquid in the reservoir. The reservoir is characterized in that the float well comprises at least two retention means positioned successively along a flow path of the liquid as far as the bowl, from the outside toward the inside of the float well, each retention means keeping liquid in the float well if the reservoir is inclined in a set of directions specific to this retention means. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle system comprising such a liquid reservoir and means for binary detection of the level of liquid in the reservoir.

The present invention relates to a venting tank, suitable for being fitted in a cooling system of a motor vehicle and defining an inner space intended for receiving a coolant, the venting tank including at least one inlet and at least one outlet for the coolant which are arranged below a minimum liquid level when the vehicle is in service, wherein the venting tank also includes, opposite the inlet or at least some of the inlets, a member for guiding the coolant, penetrating into the inner space via the inlet, following a flow directed toward a lower wall of the venting tank opposite the flow arriving through the inlet, and forming a 180-degree arc. The invention also relates to a motor-vehicle cooling system provided with such a venting tank.
