The present disclosure relates to the field of endoscopy. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to systems and methods which allow the distal portion of a catheter to be visualized within the body using a colored marker and one or more secondary markers. In particular, the present disclosure relates to systems and methods which indicate when a medical device is properly positioned for deployment within a body lumen.

The present disclosure relates generally to the field of medical devices. In particular, the present disclosure relates to an electrosurgical surgical tip that includes a conductive and low-profile cutting surface to provide high current density radiofrequency energy with minimal thermal damage to surrounding tissues. For example, an electrosurgical tip of the present disclosure may include a ring of conductive material sputter-coated around a distal opening of a non-conductive base component and a strip of conductive material sputter-coated along a longitudinal axis of the non-conductive base component.

The present disclosure relates generally to the field of medical devices. In particular, the present disclosure relates to devices, systems, and methods for controlled volume ablation of tissue. In one example, a catheter may include an elongated member having a distal end extending along a longitudinal axis. A first electrode may extend along the elongated member. The first electrode may have a distal portion arranged on a circumferential surface about the longitudinal axis at the distal end. A second electrode may extend along the elongated member. The second electrode may have a distal portion arranged on the circumferential surface about the longitudinal axis at the distal end of the elongated member. A sheath may be slidably disposed about the elongated member. The sheath may be configured to change position by sliding along the member to insulate a portion of one or both of the first and second electrode.

Devices, systems, and methods for controlled volume ablation

A medical system includes a plurality of tubes configured to be arranged about a periphery of an insertion device. A lumen of each of the plurality of tubes is configured to receive a medical device. Each of the tubes is configured to be coupled to the periphery of the insertion device and is moveable from a collapsed configuration adjacent the periphery of the insertion device to an expanded configuration further radially outward of the periphery of the insertion device as compared to the collapsed configuration.

Medical systems, devices, and related methods

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, systems, and methods for tissue resection in a body lumen of a patient, and may include a body extending along an axis and a distal cap positioned distally of the body and coupled to a shaft extending along the axis. The body and the distal cap may be movable relative to each other. An anchoring mechanism may be capable of engaging the body and the distal cap proximate a selected tissue for resection in the body lumen. A tissue capture device may be deployable from the tissue resection device such that a selected tissue for resection is securable by the tissue capture device. The tissue resection device may further include a tissue resecting device for resecting the selected tissue for resection.

Devices, systems and methods for tissue resection

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, systems, and methods for tissue resection in a body lumen of a patient, and may include an elongate body having a cavity at a distal end and a tissue retractor extendable distally from the distal end of the elongate body. The tissue retractor may include an expansion mechanism. The expansion mechanism may include a plurality of arms each having a first end coupled around a distal cap and expandable radially outward from the distal cap such that an anchoring mechanism on a second end of the arms is engageable with selected tissue for resection of the body lumen. The tissue resection device may further include a tissue resecting device.
