A sensor module includes a sensor configured to sense gas in air, a load resistor connected to the sensor, and a processor configured to determine a gas concentration of the gas in the air based on an internal resistor of the sensor and the load resistor. The processor is configured to obtain an electrical conductivity change amount of the sensor and adjust a load resistance value of the load resistor based on the electrical conductivity change amount.

Sensor module

An air conditioner includes a suction panel including a suction grille that defines a suction port configured to receive air, an heat exchanger and a fan that are positioned within the case, and an ion generator disposed in the suction panel and configured to generate ions in the air received through the suction port. The suction panel defines an installation groove recessed from an upper surface of the suction panel and configured to receive the ion generator therein. The ion generator is accommodated inside the installation groove and configured to provide ions toward the upper surface of the suction panel in an upward direction that defines a preset angle with respect to the suction panel.

Air conditioner

According to the present invention, a heat exchanger comprises a plurality of coolant tubes and a coolant guide having a coolant flow path through which the plurality of coolant tubes communicate with each other, wherein the coolant guide includes a plurality of plates facing each other, wherein the pair of plates, respectively, include coolant flow path units formed facing each other, the coolant flow path unit forming the coolant flow path, and wherein the pair of plates, respectively, further include joining parts that come in surface contact with each other. Accordingly, the number of parts of the coolant guide may be minimized, and the structure of the heat exchanger may be simplified.

According to the present invention, a heat exchanger comprises a plurality of coolant tubes; a plurality of fins contacting the plurality of coolant tubes, wherein each of the plurality of fins comprises: a plurality of fin parts spaced apart from each other; an upper fin part connecting part connecting respective upper portions of the plurality of fin parts with each other, the upper fin part connecting part contacting one of the plurality of coolant tubes; a lower fin part connecting part connecting respective lower portions of the plurality of fin parts with each other, the lower fin part connecting part contacting another one of the plurality of coolant tubes; an upper opening formed at an upper portion of each of the plurality of fin parts; a lower opening formed at a lower portion of each of the plurality of fin parts; an upper protrusion protruded from an upper portion of each of the plurality of fin parts, the upper protrusion contacting the first coolant tube; and a lower protrusion protruded from a lower portion of each of the plurality of fin parts, the lower protrusion contacting the second coolant tube. Accordingly, the present invention provides increased productivity without the need of a separate pipe expanding process.

An air conditioner is provided. The air conditioner may include a compressor, a condenser, an expansion device and an evaporator. The condenser or the evaporator may include a heat exchange tube formed of an aluminum material and allowing refrigerant to flow therein, and a fin connected to the heat exchange tube, the fin being formed of the same metal material as that of the heat exchange tube so as to prevent potential corrosion of the heat exchange tube.
