A display device includes a display panel, a data driver and a demultiplexer circuit. The display panel includes first, second, third and fourth data lines, and first, second, third and fourth sub-pixels respectively coupled to the first, second, third and fourth data lines. The data driver includes a first output channel and a second output channel. The demultiplexer circuit selectively couples at least one of the first data line and the third data line to the first output channel in response to first and second switching signals, and selectively couples at least one of the second data line and the fourth data line to the second output channel in response to third and fourth switching signals different from the first and second switching signals.

A display apparatus includes a display panel, a data analyzer, a logic core and a latch. The display panel is configured to display an image. The data analyzer is configured to analyze input image data. The logic core is configured to compensate all of line data, compensate a part of the line data, or not compensate all of the line data according to an analysis result of the data analyzer. The latch is configured to receive compensated data from the logic core.

Display apparatus and method of driving display panel using the same

A head mounted display device includes a head mounted display panel, a motion tracker which tracks a movement of the head mounted display panel according to a head movement of a user and outputs sensing data, an image corrector which shifts and outputs entire image data based on the sensing data when the head mounted display panel rotates, a data driver which converts the entire image data output from the image corrector into a data signal and provides the data signal to the head mounted display panel, and a scan driver which provides a scan signal to the head mounted display panel.
