A second periphery of the second dielectric layer and a third periphery of the third dielectric layer, corresponding to the first periphery of the first dielectric layer, may be formed on an inner side of the first periphery. The first dielectric layer may have a first permittivity. The second dielectric layer and the third dielectric layer may each have a permittivity greater than the first permittivity.
