A fan motor includes a housing, a stator assembly disposed inside the housing, a rotor assembly rotatably disposed inside the stator assembly, an impeller configured to generate a flow of air in the housing based on receiving power from the rotor assembly, a first housing cover disposed at one side of the housing, a first bearing disposed in the first housing cover, a second housing cover disposed at another side of the housing and configured to guide the air along an axial direction of the impeller, a second bearing disposed in the second housing cover, and a vane disposed at a lower portion of the second housing cover and configured to guide the air in the second housing cover. The impeller is a diagonal flow impeller, and the second housing cover is arranged along the axial direction.

The wrist-type body component measuring apparatus includes: a band configured to be worn on a wrist of a user; a first input electrode and a first output electrode disposed on an inside surface of the band and configured to be in contact with the wrist of the user; a second input electrode and a second output electrode disposed on an outside surface of the band; a measuring unit configured to apply a current to the first and second input electrodes and detect a voltage from the first and second output electrodes to measure a body impedance of the user; and an electrode converter configured to convert a disposition of the first and second input electrodes and the first and second output electrodes based on a determination of whether the band is worn on a left wrist or a right wrist of the user.

Wrist-type body component measuring apparatus and body component measuring method using the same

A mobile healthcare device and method of operating the same are provided. The method includes setting a mode of the mobile healthcare device to a measurement mode, displaying a screen for guiding a user to maintain a predetermined position during the measurement mode, and, in response to a predetermined amount of time passing from a time at which the screen begins to be displayed, obtaining state information of the user based on bio information of the user, the bio information being received from a sensor.

Mobile healthcare device and method of operating the same

An electric motor includes a housing, a stator assembly disposed in the housing, a rotor assembly rotatably disposed in the stator assembly, and an impeller configured to be rotated by the rotor assembly and to generate a flow of air. The stator assembly defines an inner flow path configured to guide a part of the air to pass through an inside of the stator assembly. The housing defines a bypass flow path at an outside of the stator assembly, where the bypass flow path is configured to guide another part of the air to bypass the stator assembly.

Electric motor

A fan motor includes: a motor body; a rotary shaft assembly having a rotor and a bearing mounted on a rotary shaft; a stator that surrounds the rotor; an impeller connected to the rotary shaft; and a bracket including a bearing housing portion for receiving the bearing. The bearing housing portion defines a bearing heat dissipating flow path that allows air to be discharged to an outside of the bearing housing portion after passing between the outer surface of the bearing and the bearing housing portion. Air blown from the impeller can absorb heat of the bearing by contacting an outer surface of the bearing while passing through the bearing heat dissipating flow path.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing comprising a front plate facing a first direction, a back plate facing a second direction that is opposite the first direction, and an outer wall which encompasses the space between the front plate and the back plate and in which a pipe passage extending to the outside is arranged, a speaker module positioned in the space, which is adjacent to the pipe passage, a printed circuit board arranged along at least a part of the side surface of the speaker module and formed along the periphery of the region between the outer wall, having the pipe passage, and the speaker module, and a first sealing member arranged between the back plate and a bracket and formed into a closed loop along the edge of the speaker module.

An apparatus for obtaining bio information includes: a first electrode portion including a current electrode and a voltage electrode arranged to contact a first body portion of a subject; a second electrode portion including a current electrode and a voltage electrode arranged to contact a second body portion of the subject; and a measuring unit configured to measure a bio impedance of the subject by applying a current to the current electrodes of the first and second electrode portions and detecting a voltage at the voltage electrodes of the first and second electrode portions. In order to decrease errors of a measured bio impedance, contact resistances of the first and second body portions of the subject contacting the current electrode and the first and second body portions of the subject contacting the voltage electrode are different from each other, for at least one of the first and second electrode portions.

Disclosed is a fan motor. The present disclosure provides a fan motor including a motor housing receiving a motor therein, a motor bracket disposed on the motor housing, an impeller coupled to a shaft of the motor, and a diffuser disposed between the motor and the impeller and having a vane body, an axial flow vane provided to an inner circumference of the vane body, and a diagonal flow vane provided above the axial flow vane.

Provided are a physiological signal analysis device and method to detect and analyze physiological information of a subject. The physiological signal analysis device includes a memory device configure to store a wrinkle pattern at a measurement position of a subject as a reference position; a sensor configured to sense the reference position and a physiological signal of the subject at the reference position in response to the stored reference position being within a range of the sensor; and a signal processor configured to process the physiological signal sensed the sensor.

Devices and methods for noninvasive physiological analysis

A fan motor includes: a motor housing; a rotating shaft; a rotor; a stator disposed outside the rotor; an impeller having at least one blade and a hub; and an impeller cover surrounding an outer circumference of the impeller and defining an air suction inlet. The impeller cover includes: a shroud having an inner diameter that expands in an air flow direction; and a non-metallic coating layer coated on an inner circumferential surface of the shroud and having a lower strength than the blade. The non-metallic coating layer includes: a first area having a first thickness; a second area having a second thickness thinner than the first thickness and defining a stepped portion with the first area, thereby minimizing leakage flow caused by the pressure difference from a pressure-side surface to a suction-side surface of the blade to reduce flow path loss and improving efficiency of the fan motor.

Provided are a Raman signal measuring method and apparatus which use a difference in a time scale between Raman scattered light and fluorescence. Thus, after exciting light is incident upon a target object, light scattered from the target object may be detected before the target object generates fluorescence in response to the exciting light. As a result, a Raman signal in which background fluorescence is reduced may be obtained.
