Provided are an apparatus and method for measuring quantum efficiency of a detector using a single pulse laser. Quantum efficiency of the measurement target detector may be measured from 420 nm to 1600 nm having uncertainty of 2% to 4% (K=2) by comparing the reference detector and the measurement target detector significantly different in sensitivity using a single laser pulse as a spectral light source. Also, it is possible to directly compare the two detectors with a significant difference in sensitivity through a very simple setup that causes a portion of a laser pulse output from a light source part to be absorbed by the reference detector and the laser pulse reflected from the reference detector to be irradiated to the measurement target detector.

Quantum efficiency measuring instrument and method for photovoltaic detectors on individual laser pulses

An ultraviolet index measuring method and apparatus includes preparing a first photosensor having spectral response only in a first section of a wavelength between 250 nm and 298 nm, a second photosensor having spectral response only in a second section of a wavelength between 298 nm and 328 nm, and a third photosensor having spectral response only in a third section of a wavelength between 328 nm and 400 nm. An output signal of the first photosensor, an output signal of the second photosensor, and an output signal of the third photosensor are calibrated using spectral irradiance of reference solar light. First photocurrent of the first photosensor, second photocurrent of the second photosensor, and third photocurrent of the third photosensor are measured under a measurement environment. An ultraviolet index is calculated using the first photocurrent, the second photocurrent, and the third photocurrent under the measurement environment.

A gonio-spectroradiometer and a measuring method thereof. The gonio-spectroradiometer includes a light source rotating on a light source axis, a first integrating sphere revolving around the light source with respect to a revolving axis perpendicular to the light source axis with a fixed radius and including an entrance formed in a direction to see the light source, a light intensity modulator adapted to modulate light intensity of light received through the first integrating sphere according to the rotation amount of the revolving axis, and a detector adapted to measure output light of the light intensity modulator at each wavelength.

The integrating sphere photometer includes a plurality of photodetectors, an integrating sphere having through-holes formed to correspond to the photodetectors, baffles disposed inside the integrating sphere in front of the photodetectors to be spaced apart from the photodetectors, a photometer disposed at a through-hole, and an adjustment unit adjusting output signals of the photodetectors to have the same output signal with respect to light illuminated from a point-like standard light source disposed at a center region in the integrating sphere.

Integrating sphere photometer and measuring method of the same

Provided are an integrating sphere photometer and a measuring method of the same. The integrating sphere photometer includes an integrating sphere including a left hemisphere and a right hemisphere, a photometer disposed on the center surface of the right hemisphere, a photometer baffle disposed in front of the photometer to be spaced apart therefrom, a light source to be tested disposed at the center region of the integrating sphere to illuminate light to at least an illumination region of the left hemisphere, an auxiliary lamp part disposed in the vicinity of a contact region between the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere to illuminate light to the illumination region, and an auxiliary lamp baffle disposed around the auxiliary lamp part to prevent the light emitted from the light source to be tested from being directly illuminated to the auxiliary lamp part and also to prevent the light emitted from the auxiliary lamp part from being directly illuminated to the light source to be tested.

An integrating sphere photometer and a measuring method of the same are provided to precisely measure a directional light source. The integrating sphere photometer includes an integrating sphere having a plurality of through-holes, a plurality of photometers disposed at the through-holes, baffles disposed in front of the photometers to be spaced apart therefrom, an auxiliary light source disposed inside the integrating sphere, an auxiliary baffle disposed in front of the auxiliary light source, and a summing unit of output signals of the photometers under the illumination of a light source to be measured disposed in the central area inside the integrating sphere.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for inspecting quantum efficiency homogeneity of a solar cell using a spatial light modulating device. The apparatus includes a light emitting device configured to radiate predetermined light; a spatial light modulating device configured to change a light path of rays emitted from the light emitting device according to individual control of a plurality of pixels; a spatial light modulating device controller configured to individually control the states of the plurality of pixels; a solar cell which the rays passing through or reflected from the spatial light modulating device irradiate; and a calculation controller configured to calculate quantum efficiency of the solar cell based on a photocurrent signal generated from the solar cell.
