Such an active hood latch device may include an actuator for generating power for lifting up a striker locked by a passive latch, an actuator cooperating portion installed to connect the striker with the actuator and to lift up the striker in cooperation with the actuator when the actuator operates, and an electronic controller for operating the actuator upon receiving a sensing signal from a collision sensor that senses pedestrian collision.

A rupturable type hood hinge device is provided on a vehicle body for opening or closing an engine room and reduces injury to a walker by reducing impact caused from collision with a hood. The hinge device includes a hinge bracket disposed on the engine room and fixed to the vehicle body and a hinge arm fixed to the hood to be rotatable with respect to the hinge bracket. A lowering lever link-connects one side of the hinge arm and one side of the hinge bracket. A rupturable bolt hinge-connects a connection portion of the lowering lever and the hinge bracket and is configured to sense the impact caused when the walker collides with the hood and at the same time to rupture such that the hood and the hinge arm fall and thereby the impact of the walker is dampened.

An active hood latch apparatus for a vehicle includes a latch for locking or unlocking a striker connected to a hood; a base panel installed such that the latch can be rotated; a lever member rotatably installed in the base panel, the striker locked by the latch being located in a rotational path thereof; a locking part rotatably installed in the base panel to restrain movement of a guide pin, and to release the restraint of the guide pin in conjunction with the rotation of the lever member; and a driving part rotating the lever member by a force larger than a restraint force of the locking part that restrain the guide pin, to supply power to raise the striker, and then absorbing an impact.

A seat latch structure is provided, which includes a base bracket mounted on a seat for a vehicle and having a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole formed thereon and an opening which is formed on one side thereof and into which a striker fixed to a vehicle body is inserted, a claw having a first through-hole formed thereon to correspond to the first insertion hole and a locking groove formed on one side thereof, a pawl provided on one side of the claw and having a second through-hole formed thereon to correspond to the second insertion hole, a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft inserted into the first through-hole of the claw and the second through-hole of the pawl, respectively, and a double torsion spring connecting the first through-hole and the second through-hole into which the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are inserted, respectively.
